Mi-a placut faptul ca este intr-un loc linistit, aproape de centru.

Nu mi-a placut faptul ca nu se putea folosi aerul conditionat. Este setat sa mearga doar 45 de min iar apoi se opreste. In timp ce functioneaza scoate sunete enervante. Daca este canicula-cum am prins noi la Cluj, aerul acela e inutil. Ziua nu am stat in camera si noaptea nu ne putea trezi din 45 de min sa il pornim! In plus centrala termina are mari probleme, apa era cand foarte fierbinte cand foarte rece. Iar usa de la apartament este cu sticla sablata, intra lumina de la vecini in camera. Nu as repeta experienta unei cazari acolo.

Properties location was excellent. Less than 5 min walk to main square. Very comfortable bed. Very clean.

PROs: -Spacious rooms -Excellent location right in the town center, close to everything you need -Convenient access via a unique code -Flexible check-out (we asked for an extra hour and they kindly agreed) This was not our first stay at this property — I had previously booked it and was satisfied with the experience

CONs: Unfortunately, there were more downsides than positives this time, and although I liked the rooms, I will not be returning. I will be choosing hotels from now on. -We were promised help with parking (I asked if this was possible for an extra fee, and they agreed over the phone — we even sent the money), but upon arrival, they only pointed out free public spots on the street. They later claimed this was a misunderstanding on our part and justified the extra charge by saying prices were higher due to the festival (double than what they usually are). However, we paid more than the rate shown on Booking.com for "parking" — a verbal, off-the-record agreement. -We were falsely accused of stealing a bathroom rug. After paying nearly 400 euros for four nights — more than what a vacation abroad can cost — we were told we had taken a rug that was never even there to begin with. They did not provide a bathroom rug, and the accusation felt extremely disrespectful. I strongly recommend taking photos of the apartment upon check-in to avoid being blamed for missing items. Sadly, I never thought this would be necessary, but lesson learned. -Following that, we received a message from the owner scolding us for getting a towel dirty, claiming we had used it to wash shoes — which, of course, was not the case. Towels get dirty and should be replaced from time to time. It felt petty to even mention this, especially after charging us extra for so-called “parking” and increasing the room rate because of the festival. Honestly, even if a towel was ruined, I personally wouldn’t have said anything if I were in their position — especially after all the above. For the record, we had placed the towel on the bathroom floor to avoid slipping after a shower, precisely because there was no bath rug provided -The rooms on the ground floor are very noisy, which is understandable given the central location, but something to be aware of.
