    מלון ברמה גבוהה מאוד. ניכר שחשבו על הפרטים הקטנים. חדר חכם, צוות אדיב עם תודעת שירות מהגבוהות שיצא לי להתקל בהן. זמינים לכל בקשה בחיוך. אם זה ההנהלה, עובדי הקבלה, עובדות חדר האוכל והחדרניות. שדרגו לנו את החדר על דעת עצמם לחדר עם מרפסת ומיטת קינג סייז בקומה העליונה. החדר מפנק ונעים, המינוס היחידי היה שיש רעש של גרירות מהמסעדה או משהו אחר שקורה בקומה מעל במהלך הלילה. ארוחת בוקר עשירה ומפנקת מאוד. יש בופה ובנוסף אליו מגוון מנות נהדרות אחת אחת להזמנה מתפריט. לשיפור: יש גקוזי וסאונה שצריך לתאם מראש כדי שיחממו. לדעתי כשאנחנו היינו הייתה תקלה בגקוזי כי לא היה חם בכלל למרות שעבד שעה שלמה (הם מבקשים התראה של חצי שעה בכדי שיתחמם). הודענו להם שהמים לא חמים, לא היה נראה שעשו עם זה משהו כי יומיים אחכ הגענו שוב לספא והיה אותו הדבר, רק שהפעם גם הסאונה לא הייתה חמה כמו שצריכה להיות. דבר נוסף, כשדיברנו עם שירות לקוחות בטרם ההגעה לגבי ארוחת בוקר טו גו ביום האחרון (יצאנו ב3 לפנות בוקר) נאמר לנו שיש להודיע בקבלה באחה"צ האחרון לפני עזיבה. מבחינתי אחהצ זה אחרי 16. זה מה שעשינו ואז פקידת הקבלה אמרה שזה כבר מאוחר מדי כי צריך להודיע מוקדם יותר. אמרה שתנסה לראות מה אפשר לעשות בכל זאת ושאלה אם יש לנו בקשות מיוחדות - ביקשנו בלי חזיר. לבסוף כן קיבלנו ארוחת בוקר - פירות, מים, וסנדויץ עם גבינה וחזיר... מאכזב. הסנדויץ לדעתי גם לא מייצג כלל את רמת האוכל של חדר האוכל. לגבי המסעדה - אווירה טובה, בימי שישי יש דיג'יי, יקר יחסית, קוקטיילים מעולים. לצמחונים אין כמעט אפשרויות. זאת אחרי שגם כתוב במפורש לשאול את המלצר על אופציות צמחוניות. הוא הציע רק ריזוטו בנוסף למנת פסטה שהייתה כבר בתפריט. הזמנתי לבסוף מנת פתיחה ותוספות שהיו טעימות מאוד, פשוט מאכזב כחוויה כללית. בכל מקרה ועם כל זאת, אחד המלונות היותר טובים שהייתי בהם. בהחלט ממליצה

    It felt like a proper 5 star hotel for a really good price, freshly cooked breakfast and really nice rooftop restaurant!

    Stayed in Cluj for 2 nights, everything was very clean and hotel was really nice especially for the price I got. Only thing is that the location is slightly farther from the city centre than I would have liked, but it is still close enough to walk there.
