The communication was absolutely fantastic! Super quick responses, friendly and very helpful indeed. The check in I found a little confusing, but I was supported through the process, which was really appreciated. The housekeeping was great, and it being optional and flexible on timing too was brilliant for us. The apartments were great, really well cared for, clean and tidy. The air conditioning was really lovely to have, as we travelled in July and it was hot. We had two apartments, one for me and my son, one for my adult daughter. Both were lovely, the balcony was definitely worth having, to watch the sunset there or have your morning cuppa outside. We thoroughly enjoyed using the pool area too, was great to make use of the space to either swim or lay on the loungers in the sun. Location is perfect, not right in the centre but close enough to walk to the shops and pick up what we needed. We specifically wanted a quieter area and this was perfect for us. Made use of the cheap ubers over the whole week, really handy just to get us around. We had a fantastic time here, so much to see from the salt mines to the botanical gardens and more.

Everything was excellent. The host was very helpful and immediately solved the few small issues that came up. The location is great, and it is one of the few places with a swimming pool. The apartment is even better than in the photos: comfortable, cozy, and very well equipped. We also received coffee, sugar, tea, and a welcome drink on arrival. It felt like staying in a 3-4 star hotel, but instead of a small room, we had a spacious, livable apartment. Highly recommended.

The apartment is quite difficult to ventilate, so humid air can get trapped easily. However, using the air conditioning solved this issue.

Everything. The location is perfect, we had everything we wanted.
