Cheap compared to other places to stay and in a nice location close to both the historic centre and the newer city. Having private bathroom/toilet.
We didn't expect the room will be sooo tiny, and the walls so thin. You could hear the neighbours (and they'd hear you), while anyone walking along the corridor caused a great racket.
