We loved the location, in the heart of the center of Cluj. Perfect to walk around and explore the city. Many restaurants, terraces, fast food places within meters of the hotel. A market (Mega Image is 10 meters away) A very quiet hotel, nice, shaded area to enjoy a drink or something to eat. We loved and appreciated the Air conditioning as it was hot and humid in Cluj. Huge rooms and very simple decor. It was exactly what we needed.
The rooms were not cleaned the next day, so our trash was not taken out. They did not have a place to put trash. A mini fridge would be great for guests to put their drinks to keep them cold.

The location was perfect. Walking distance to all the attractions. Bogdan was extremely kind and helpful!
Poor management. No A/C, slow draining shower, poor WiFi, poor breakfast. No butter? One staff member just kept shrugging off these issues.
