This end unit features four bedrooms and provides breathtaking ocean views, along with close proximity to beach access. The first floor hosts a full-sized washer and dryer, as well as three bedrooms. Location and amenities were great. Pool was clean and uncrowded. Our outside trash can was overflowing when we arrived and we had to take the previous tenants trash to the curb our first night. The condo itself needs some updating. One chair in living room is broken, you fall forward as you try to get up. Other chairs and sofas are dirty and stained and need cleaned or replaced. The dining table has a 4 inch gouge in the center which was covered with a tray. We had to call about plumbing 3 times, two toilets did not work properly. The garbage disposal sprayed out water all over the kitchen and had to be replaced. The beds were way too soft. If all these things were repaired or replaced it would be a nice comfortable condo.

Not only is this location steps from the beach, the access is an emergency access with no steps to climb! This is a great choice inevery respect.

Even though it was the off-season there was plenty to do and we got away from the 15 degrees back home in MN!

Please note the pool does not open one minute before Memorial Day, however the beach was so close and we enjoyed every single minute of it.
Must love stairs!! there are 2 flights of stairs to get to the kitchen, pack as light as you can!
The climate of the house was AMAZING, the middle floor had its own air unit.
Would definitely recommend for families, our kids were age 2, 6, and 9, very accommodating!!
