About this house rental
Any time at the beach is nice, but Shore is Nice is even better! This end unit in the Carolina Shores neighborhood has everything you need to get away from it all. Centrally located on the island, Shore is Nice is close to downtown Surf City for all of your restaurants, night life, groceries, beach gear and more! Enjoy the reverse floor plan townhouse with 4 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms. There is room for 10 here, and the community beach access is just to the north of the unit. So nice!

Overall was a good stay and, easy check in and out procedures and short walk to the beach! Cleanliness ok- there was dog hair on the pillows/mattress, and dishwasher was full (though clean) when we arrived. Otherwise no complaints.

The location was the best part! A 2-3 minute walk to the beach and central to major locations on the island like Island Delights, Sound Side Park, and the bridge. Unit and complex were super quite. Would absolutely stay here again!
