3 bedroom 2.5 bath 1300 square foot home with hardwood floors, stainless appliances, screen porch, deck, patio and additional bathroom downstairs near the hot/cold outdoor shower. 2 queen beds, 1 double bed, 4 bunk beds and 2 full size fold out couches.
Sleeps 10 people in 7 beds but 14 people if you utilize both fold out couches.
Parking accommodates 6 vehicles easily and you could also park your boat on the side.
Beach access is 100 feet away with a new Hatteras ramp that you can roll your cooler or cart over, no more stairs.
For the kids we have a large game/storage room downstairs with foos-ball, ping pong, pool table, toys and an air hockey table. More fun things added all the time for rainy days. We have bikes to borrow. This room can be used for your extra beach gear or suitcases.
There is a full size fridge in the game/storage room with an ice maker for guest use.
We have chairs, boogie boards and sand toys for you to borrow.
For everyone to enjoy the beach breeze and view there is two patio areas, a large deck, a screened porch and a concrete area under the house.
For the dogs there is ample yard space all around and the backyard is fenced in.
For the fisherman there is a fish cleaning sink out back.
Park for the kids one block away.

October is our favorite time at the beach. We usually pick a different dog friendly place each year. Clint's place is now our favorite and we haven't stayed anywhere that we liked better than "Our Happy Place". The view is just as good as ocean front. The screened in porch is where we stayed most of the time. All the beds were comfortable and the living room furniture was comfortable as well. The beach access was really close by. This place has everything we needed and more. We are already planning our next trip here. Thanks Clint for being the best host ever!!

Great view of the ocean and beach and was truly as good as oceanfront. The screened-in porch and bikes were a hit. A lovely, quiet neighborhood with friendly neighbors.
