“A Paradise Inn G” - Your Topsail Island Escape
Welcome to “A Paradise Inn G”, a stunning townhouse in the Summer Winds community that
offers the very best of Topsail Island. Enjoy extraordinary views from every level, a community
pool, and ocean access just steps away - all while relaxing in the comfort of a spacious, well-
appointed home. With three bedrooms, three and a half bathrooms, and bonus sitting areas, this
property is perfect for families and groups.
When you arrive, you will enter the main sleeping level. Here, a cozy sitting area provides a great
spot to unwind before bed, complete with a flat-screen TV and a sleeper sofa for extra guests.
French doors open to a covered deck overlooking the pool, so you can keep an eye on the fun
while enjoying the breeze. This level also features two bedrooms: one with a king bed, TV, and
private full bath, and another with a full/twin bunk bed, a single twin bed, and its own full bath.
Ceiling fans in every bedroom keep you cool and comfortable.
Head upstairs to the main living level, where an open floor plan creates the perfect space for
gathering. The fully equipped kitchen offers everything you need for meal prep and entertaining,
with plenty of storage and a separate dining table for family meals. The living room features
ample seating, a large flat-screen TV, and access to an upper deck with beautiful ocean views -
ideal for sunbathing or enjoying a Topsail sunset. Wireless internet keeps you connected (but
we recommend leaving work behind!). A half bath and laundry closet with a full-size washer and
dryer are also located on this level for convenience. The third bedroom is here as well, offering a
king bed, TV, ceiling fan, and private full bath.
One more flight up brings you to the loft, a bright sitting area with a bird's-eye view of the living
space below. This space includes a TV, a small table for games, and a sleeper sofa for
