Welcome to our home! Our cleaning crew has taken extra efforts beyond their normal high standards to ensure proper disinfection & safety precautions!

Our family owned and managed, recently updated modern and tastefully yet comfortably furnished, stocked with the vacationer in mind. The home is just a short block from the beach, right across the street from the park & a short walk to nightlife, the arcade and a small market! Just a few miles from Surf City town center with tons of restaurants, activities, and the pier.

You will find the spacious open living room, dining room, & kitchen
• Spacious kitchen with plenty of storage and stocked for all of your cooking needs
• Dining table seats 8, plus 4 at island
• Comfortable living room furniture
• Access to front deck with a beautiful sunset view and lounging chairs
• 70in flat screen smart tv, with access to Hulu, Disney+, Netflix
BEDROOMS
• King bedroom with flat screen smart TV private bathroom with shower
• Queen bedroom with shared bathroom to bunk bed room
• Queen bedroom with two twin bunkbed, shares bathroom with other Queen bedroom
• Living Room Fold out Bed
• Detached Bunkhouse has a queen bed, Funton bunkbed, Flat Screen Smart TV and half bath.

Ocean front views of the intercoastal waterway. You'll enjoy a covered deck to unwind to watch the sunset

Please note, we are located directly next to the famous and popular Trailer Bar. For us, this is wonderful. We love live music and being able to walk over and enjoy this from our porch while the kids play outside. They have live music daily in the summer and they stop the live music at 11pm. All of our rooms are equipped with sound machines, if you are planning to go to bed early, but want to make sure you are all aware before booking.
Linens are included with your rental. The house is equipped with some popular children's board games. There is plenty of parking to accommodate up to 5 full size vehicles.

Location was ideal for our family, children’s park across the street and short walk to the beach. House was spacious with plenty of room for the kids to play as we prepared our meals. The outside shower was a game changer for the kids coming off the beach. Kitchen was stocked with everything needed to prepare any meal, and we’re a family that likes to cook and eat. We did order out pizza for delivery our first day there though. Wi-fi was good through out the property. We were a little concerned about the music from the Trailer Bar, but actually it was never a problem. We enjoyed the music Friday evening. The bunk house space was perfect for our family size. The house is very kid friendly. We had an incredible week! We will definitely rent this property again.

Loved the house. It was so beautiful. Loved the big kitchen and table. It’s perfect for a big family. The walk to the beach wasn’t bad at all. And the kids loved the little playground at the beach. Surf city has a place in our hearts now. Can’t wait to visit again.
