Clean, warm,spacious, modern, no instructions for appliances etc in kitchen. Fortunately I had a kettle in my room I could use. Lovely cleaner, I didnt meet other staff but they were v helpful when rung. A few good cafes nearby. Was laundrette too which i didnt use.
Quite a way from city centre in a northern suburb. 25-30 mins on foot, not especially scenic, past station. I used bus to get home in evening to avoid this in the dark.

The rooms are prefectly organised with all the items and things you might need for your stay. The kitchen and bathrooms were well cleaned and everything worked perfectly. Parking was available for free under the house, and the owner was very friendly and helpful. It felt like being at home for a few days, but the place was all organised and clean!

Truly loved my stay here, the decor and communal spaces were modern and well equipped. Lovely touches like free snacks provided with morning coffee. The room was spotless and well equipped for possessions.. the balcony a great bonus. A short walk to the centre, in a quiet neighbourhood. Irene was delightful, and made me feel very safe and welcome as a solo female traveller. Highly recommended.
I only dislike that I didn’t stay for longer! :)
