Staff was helpful. Room was very good. Walking distance to fast food restaurants. Very convenient to walk to the Giotto frescos at Scrovegni chapel.
Busy, uninviting building front on a large tram and car intersection by the main bus/train station. At times, many young people idling around the sidewalk. Have to carry bags up a few steps to reach elevator.

Location since I wanted to stay close from train station. This is steps away from station.
The shower could have been upgraded. I would love to see the second elevator working.

Good news: it's across from the train station.
Bad news: its across from the train station. Neighborhood is a bit sketchy. 10 minute walk to anything of interest.
