Good location for car travellers. Close to the centre and main sights. The room was big and comfortable. Air conditioning as big plus. The equipped kitchen in common use.

Passable, wouldn’t stay again.

There was a kitchen (communal), a bathroom (exclusive but not connected to the bedroom), and a bedroom (repurposed family living room with a lot of the owners objects in). The bathroom and linens were all clean and the beds (close to camp bed style) were surprising comfortable. The location and parking make it a good base for us to explore Padova.

The “bedroom” would benefit from a deep clean/dusting and repaint. Suffered from the many mosquitoes in the room when we arrived. Was surprised to read the owners instruction to post 5 star reviews and only make any criticisms in private.

Exceptional

The room was beautiful, and everywhere was perfectly clean. The owners were easy to contact and always quick to respond. The location was very quiet, but had plenty of shops and cafes within walking distance, and very well connected to the centre with public transport. Overall a great place to stay!

Nice place, good price / quality!

Communication was always fast and efficient, the house is beautiful and quite big. Despite the crazy summer heat, inside it was always fresh, and the room even had air conditioning in case of need.

Unfortunately a bit too far from the center if you want to walk in summer, but there is a good tram connection to anywhere in the center just at about 10 min walk.

not what we expected

The room was OK. The bathroom was well-equipped and clean.

The bathroom was separate from the room, we had to go past the front door of the house to get to the bathroom. Sometimes we had to jump over a dog who liked lying in front of our room door. The carpet in the room should be changed. The air-conditioning didn't work and it was hot in the room, but we couldn't open the windows, because they opened onto the pavement right next to the front door, so anyone coming into the house could see inside the room. The host was very rude. We definitely won't return here.
