In principle a good place to stay if you are looking for a place just for sleeping.

The property and the room were nicely arranged and there was enough space. Not breakfast being offered. In the room there was kind of a Nespresso machine nicely prepared with water. But when I made coffee the water did not stop to run so I had some trouble to avoid any damage caused by hot water pouring out of the machine

There was self-service check-in which I did not expect. It made it necessary to exchange several emails and whatsApp Messages in advance to make sure that we could get into the property. This exchange was initiated by an unnamed person of the staff at short notice and it took a quite some time at an inconvenient moment. I found it very stressful and would have loved to be informed about the procedure in advance. We also had been offered a parking lot with a description not sufficiently detailed and communicated too late, so it took us some time to find the entrance to the parking facility which was not too easy to access. The cover of the bed had some spots and was not entirely clean.

The host has put in a lot of effort to make guests feel comfortable and safe. We felt it was so calming and attention to detail was exceptional. We would definitely come back again.

It was very clean and it was a nice hous in general. We also had a mini fridge which was very useful.

It would have been nice to know that there is no staff present but that you have to call and then they let you in remotely. I do not have a problem with that concept but it would have been nice to know cause we waited like half an hour in front of the building.

Civico21 is easy to reach by car and it is in a good location to reach the old town - about 30 min walk. Our room was really spacious and had everything we needed. The bed was big and comfortable. The owners were really nice and responded quickly.

We could hear the guests from the other room to our room but after closing the bathroom door properly, that was also sorted out.

Host was very kind and helpful with our questions and the room we got was very clean and spacious. Free parking available with reservations and the location to city was easy with a 5min walk to tram stop and then a 10 min ride.

Very clean and cosy apartment with a small balcony. The interior is pretty new and everything is working fine. The bed is large enough for two people.

In the bathroom the light is controlled by an sensor which switches on a very bright light when opening the door which is a little bit irritating specially at night.

Calm, clean room with very kind hosts.

Esmeralda and her husband Fation were incredibly kind and generous with their time. Fation collected me from the bus station as my flight had been delayed, and Esmeralda helped me recover some documents I’d lost. The room was beautifully appointed, the water hot, the bed comfy, the fixtures and fittings new and the area fairly quiet (bar the occasional police/ambulance siren on the road outside, and church bell ringing practice which was very musical and enjoyable!).

You have to unlock the gates to get out as well as in, which isn’t ideal in the rain, but is the norm in Italy.
