The property and the room were nicely arranged and there was enough space. Not breakfast being offered. In the room there was kind of a Nespresso machine nicely prepared with water. But when I made coffee the water did not stop to run so I had some trouble to avoid any damage caused by hot water pouring out of the machine
There was self-service check-in which I did not expect. It made it necessary to exchange several emails and whatsApp Messages in advance to make sure that we could get into the property. This exchange was initiated by an unnamed person of the staff at short notice and it took a quite some time at an inconvenient moment. I found it very stressful and would have loved to be informed about the procedure in advance.
We also had been offered a parking lot with a description not sufficiently detailed and communicated too late, so it took us some time to find the entrance to the parking facility which was not too easy to access.
The cover of the bed had some spots and was not entirely clean.
