This is a lovely villa which has been beautifully modernised with high quality fittings. Although it’s on a main road you can hear no road noise at all - it’s very well insulated.

beautiful villa 15 minutes from downtown on foot

This is a gorgeous villa about 15 minutes on foot from downtown Padova. Everything is super clean, spacious, comfortable. Parking was easy too. Davide, the host, is extremely kind and supportive in terms of any information needed. Thank you Davide for the excellent stay!

Amazing. Stay here!

I lived in Padova for years. There is a shortage of nice, boutique places to stay. Villa Fiorentino fills that gap. The location is fantastic. From the station, you can easily reach it with a few minutes walk from the tram stop, and you can easily reach the main sights on foot. The villa is nicely decorated and appointed, the bed is SUPER comfortable, and Davide was a really welcoming host. I was on the street side and didn't hear a peep from the street noise. Great AC. I'm also a travel planner/travel agent and very picky (which he did not know) and Villa Fiorentino exceeded my expectations. If you are visiting Padova, I'd recommend this spot 110%.

Everything was outstanding. This is a beautiful villa, tastefully renovated, with a beautiful garden, in a tree lined street just minutes from the centre. Highly recommend this accommodation. My dog was treated with kindness and respect.

A great place to stay and a beautiful, vibrant city to explore.

The room was situated in a sensitively restored building. It was spacious and tastefully decorated. The shower room was also large and very efficient. We loved our balcony which was comfortably furnished. Davide our host was friendly and most helpful. The room was within walking distance of the city, with tram and bus services if you needed them.

A peaceful stay in lovely neighborhood.

Clean, totally renovated villa in a quiet, peaceful part of town. It’s very close to the Prato dalla Valley and the stunning Basilica di Sant’Antonio. The place has a lovely garden and a nice little upstairs patio if you want to enjoy a cigarette or just relax. Shower and a/c worked perfectly and the bed was comfortable. The proprietor was friendly and helpful.

A beautiful and peaceful stay in a great location.

We really loved the location – it's in a quiet neighborhood, just a 10-minute walk from the center. The villa itself was beautiful, with a lovely design and a peaceful atmosphere. The rooms were clean and most importantly, quiet, as we didn’t hear any noise from the other guests, which made for a very restful stay. We especially enjoyed the beautiful terrace.

The stay was perfect overall. Please note that, as the property is managed by a private host, check-in isn't available at any hour—so it's best to check with the host in advance whether late arrivals can be accommodated. We arrived earlier than the standard check-in time, but the host was very kind and allowed us to store our luggage at the property until check-in, which was really helpful.

The location is nice and the villa is beautiful and clean but be aware of the street noise!

Everything is good, great coffee, good kitchen and is very close to supper market.

Our room is right next to the main street , and it’s very noisy. I would recommend next guest to bring a pair of great ear plugs!

nice stay for two with car

this villa has four bedrooms on the first floor and a large sitting room - for all guests - on the ground floor. there is a kitchen for comunual use but nobody provides breakfast. the mananger on side is very nice and helpfull but is not allowed to prepare breakfast. the rooms are tidy and comfortable. the heating is a challange but it was ok. very good is the wallet parking which is easy. walk to the centre is safe and takes about 20 minutes.

nothing really - all good if you want to make everything yourself. if you want to stay in a quiet room you MUST book the rooms towards the garden - 3 and 4.

Beautiful accommodation in a great location to explore Padova

Our host was very helpful and gave us some good information about the city. It is a 100 year old building that has been beautifully renovated and spotlessly clean. Our room and ensuite bathroom was wonderful. Wifi was great and parking arrangements were very helpful. We would definitely stay again and highly recommend Villa Fiorentino.

Super accommodation with a lovely host

Spotlessly clean, lovely artistic decor in a beautiful building. The location is great, a supermarket about 5 minutes walk away , and the town centre probably 20 minutes walk . We chose this because we did t want to be right in the centre of the city, and we chose right, it’s in a relatively peaceful side of the city, we felt at home straight away. If you are after good eating options close by seriously consider Pizzeria tOsKa , and Bacaro Padavano , both were super. In the city centre itself we love Bar Otivm for the lovely staff and wide choice of food on offer, all good quality. If you are staying in Padua, I would highly recommend this super place

Great location. Tranquil.

Our shower did not drain, so we told our host, who hopefully fixed the problem for future guests. No curtain or door in the shower. Coffee machine was missing the water vessel. Beds are comfortable, and room is like a hotel room, a bit small but nice.

The location was a convenient walk to everything we hoped to see while in Padua and the neighborhood was a delight. We walked home after dark without fear. David is a thoughtful and conscientious host, and the villa is lovely. And! Highly recommend Bar Pasticceria Europa along Via Alberto Cavalletto, headed toward Prato della Valle, for a spot of breakfast in the morning -- delicious pastries.

Spacious room and bathroom, well equipped, very comfortable beds. Convenient and stylish. Host Davide is very friendly who helped us out with great restaurants and places to have breakfast and arranged for a private taxi.

This is a beautifully renovated grand old villa. The accommodation is outstanding in terms of comfort with a balcony overlooking an internal garden. For larger groups there is a communal kitchen, dining and lounge area.

The only point is new bottles of water were not replaced daily.

Everything was new, clean and comfortable. Davide was very nice and helpful allowing us early parking and when discovering that we left a jacket after checking out he arrived promptly to open for us. I wish we could stay there more time!
