Casa Al Carmine

The room was very simple, but very clean and silent. There was nothing extra but anyway everything you needed. For one person the twin bed was nice. The cushions in Italy are so hard, but this is not Casa Carmine"s fault. I always bring my own cushion. The staff was super friendly. The balcony on the upper floor was nice. Breakfast was served if you wanted it. I did not try. There is a machine in the hall where you can buy water and other drinks. A big plus. I felt safe in the hotel. The location was ok. Railway station is near, at walking distance. Bus stop to the city right near the hotel. Buses do not run very often, but run anyway. For an old person like me, public transport is essential. The old town is quite near, some cafes around, a food store as well. Tram runs from the station to places of interest.

Nothing to complain about.

It was much better than we expected. The building is quite big, has many room and nice reception. They have gallery of works by local artists, which really impressed me as an artist. The room had everything we needed, there are also a vending machines with coffee and drinks in the common area and terrace on the last floor. The stuff is very friendly and helpful.

Great location between a station and downtown. The breakfast was basic.

The property was clean and the room was spacious.

It is in dire need of an up-date. The balcony has no chairs to sit on and the iron work is very rusty. The paint work in the room is yellowed with age.
