Our trip was absolutely amazing, and the hotel went above and beyond with their service. We felt truly well taken care of from the moment we arrived. The breakfast was fantastic — a great variety to choose from, including eggs, fresh fruits, juices, coffee, tea, croissants, and everything you could possibly want to start your day.
The staff were exceptionally helpful and attentive, assisting us with parking, giving great local recommendations, and making sure all our needs were met. It’s rare to experience such genuine hospitality.
We can 100% recommend this hotel and would definitely stay here again!

We liked the location and room facilities, the staff was very helpful.
The room itself need refresh. Also the spa seemed to be designed for effect and not for function (e.g. sauna or jacuzzi).

Our room was upgraded to a spacious suite. We were able to leave the hire car to be parked and it was brought back to us on our departure. Location was great so we were able to walk to restaurants, the Cappella Scrovegni and Basilica St Anthony. Breakfast was great - without being asked, they made up a pot of fresh fruit for us without the strawberries that my wife is allergic to - and staff were very helpful.
Scrambled egg at breakfast was a bit cold - but that's a minor issue as the rest of the breakfast was great.
