Still holding, but outdated.

Big surface room and bath. Marble walls snd floor in bath. Perfect tempreture inside.

Old fashioned and deteriorated furniture. Bad smell on the hall all the time. Very few sorts of food for breakfast, even for Italy.

Cold water in the shower

Relatively close to historical center. Clean. Spacious rooms. Windows can be blinded very well.

Only cold water in the shower, quite shocking in a 4-star hotel. We complained during the night two times at the reception however it was not fixed. We were waiting for the warm water for some hours (till 00:30) because we wanted to put our kids to bed. Eventually we gave up. During checkout we requested a discount however this was refused. We requested to talk to the manager however this was refused as well. We requested a signed confirmation about what happened however it was refused too. To be fair I have to mention that the man at reception said he's sorry. So now we know why they ask for the payment during check-in. We only needed a shower and bed but because we didn't want to risk any problems we choose a 4-star hotel. How naive we were. At the breakfast sausages were half burned, pineapple was rotten. Staying in this hotel completely ruined the impression from visiting Italy.

Rooms are clean staff very helpful. Better value than other 4* hotels in Padova.

Interesting hotel close to the city center

Nice and old (1970s) hotel so close to the city center. Friendly staff and easy parking. Such an interesting room. As the hotel is old it has a lot of old fashion things like: switchers, safe, etc. I was under very good impression and it was very interesting for me to play with all of this things. Breakfast was ok, nothing special. Bed so comfortable. There is a Gas station right near the hotel, it's convenientif you travel by car and a long road is waiting for you :)

Location. Just a 20-minute walk to geox teatro. Otherwise city center is far away. Free parking space. Elevator.

The room was not renovated. Old design. We stayed overnight in December, the room was heated during the day, but after 10 pm they stopped heating. It was a bit cold.

Nice staff in reception and helpful. Good pressure in shower. Location is great, close to city center and main road.

Dark and sad rooms, beds and chairs not comfortable. Breakfast was not fresh and gave stomach ache. Needless to say we didn't eat breakfast at the hotel after our first day even though we had paid for it. Well below expectations, not worthy of 4 stars. Even 3 stars feels like a stretch

it was not as good as it could have been

the room was excellent, big, silent, although it was looking for the street.

the ekey did not worked, we had to ask for an other one all the time. the breakfast was under the 4 star standard in every sense (especially the bread, the scrambled eggs), the selection of choices was poor they charged for the garage 9 euro/night, but on the booking.com site the parking was mentioned as free, nothing about the garage and it's price. Lack of information. They charged extra for the first/Friday night, but on the booking.com site the two night was for the same price!!!!!!!!!!!!

Good place to stay.

We were allowed to check in at 11:00. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, so were the bathrooms.

The breakfast offer could be improved. But the friendly staff was helping in everything.
