Very good communication. Great location. Comfortable beds. Easy check-in and check-out process. Entrance to the rooms only using stairs (for us was really ok). Glad to stay (we selected silent side of the building without view to the square) and recommend to others.

The hotel is located in the heart of the city center, right on Piazza dei Signori - a beautiful area that truly couldn’t be more central. The room was small but very cozy and spotlessly clean. The owner was superkind, we are especially grateful for the early check-in and for helping us carry our luggage up the stairs.
The shower is small and positioned next to the toilet, which may feel a bit tight.

A great place in the very heart of Padova! Beautiful design and a very cozy bed. A bit noisy in the evenings as the windows are facing the lively place but it was expected at such a location.

Noisy in the evenings and Sunday morning when there is a market at la plaza. But it was anticipated knowing the location.
No elevator, so people with a limited mobility can't take rooms at higher floors. But for business travellers or couples it's a perfect solution

Great location in the heart of the Piazza. Within easy walking distance of everything the old town had to offer. Accommodation was clean, tidy and reasonably well appointed.
The top room in the house is not for the faint hearted......many steep stairs! "Breakfast included" was a selection of cakes wrapped in plastic and a coffee machine. I should have read the reviews before I booked as others have mentioned this. No view of the square from the room, just next door. The boiler in the bathroom fired intermittently all night, which was irritating. Nothing major but lots of small things made this stay poor value for money as it is expensive. I would not recommend.
