the location was outstanding. they had parking which is at a complete premium when travelling by car. the room was absolutely next level. depending on your budget, this is worth the splurge.

Very cozy, very cute. Room was super small.

They seemed to be afraid about not getting the money. A lot of pre-paiments and we parked the car for 24hrs but had to pay extra after the checkout just to go around the corner for breakfast. Although the 24hrs weren‘t over. That was a bummer and annoying. For 2 people with a suitcase the room was very small.

Upscale feel. Comfy bed. Clean space. Front desk staff were friendly. It’s very well-located for all the attractions in Utrecht without being in a really busy area.

Lots of street noise reached the room in the 9-11pm timeframe. The space felt tight (eg, the door to the toilet couldn’t fully open because it ran into the bed). There was A LOT of dust that accumulated very quickly in the room.

Fantastic

The breakfast, restaurant 'hemel en aarde' where excellent. Staff extremely friendly and helpful. The room was convenient, clean, fresh and quite. We absolutely had a great time and would recommend the hotel to anyone.

Well located for a few nights

Excellent location, close to Old Town, restaurants, shopping, markets, parks, bookstores. Quiet street. Comfy bed.

The room was so dark that it was difficult to see at times. There was a massive espresso machine taking up counter space but no mini-fridge, and nowhere to open a suitcase except the floor. The closet hangers were clanging metal and allowed clothes to slide off them - like the dark paint on the walls, they seemed chosen more for aesthetics than real use.

Room layout is very strange is definitely did not provide the “large room” experience we were looking for. Our room was right next to the lobby and very noisy from morning to night.

Overpriced, not up to the standard

The design of the hotel is very nice and the location is perfect to explore the city

I found the service to be below the expected standard, especially considering the price. The room was quite dusty and did not appear to have been properly cleaned before my arrival. The kettle was particularly dirty—so much so that I didn’t feel comfortable using it. Throughout my 4-day stay, the daily cleaning service seemed limited to making the bed and providing fresh towels. The bathroom and surfaces were not cleaned, and the room was never vacuumed. Additionally, I noticed that rooms not due for checkout were only attended to after 4 pm, which I understand may be due to understaffing, but it did affect the overall experience. No slippers in the room and very basic vanity set. They provide earplugs as the church bells around the corner ring all night.

Very stylish rooms and very helpful staff. In a nice location away from the centre and nearer the older cooler part of town.

It’s in a noisy location though. Surrounded by student accommodation so we experienced drunk revellers passing by loudly. On the first night my room overlooked a student flat that had a party all night long but the hotel staff were very helpful and moved me for the second night. Was noisy with passing revellers but not as bad as first night. Hotel has a beautiful restaurant attached but lacks any communal spaces to sit and chill in lobby

Annoying, very annoying, that your staff at the reception asked us for a deposit “for eventual damage to the property 😡🤯!!!!! How you dare! More considering that it is not the first time in this hotel, that my daughter lives in Utrecht and recommends us your Hotel!
