Very nice!

The friendliness and of the staff was lovely. The breakfast was varied and delicious as well as location was close to key sites and the market. The room and bath were exceptionally clean.

The room was exceptionally small for two people but was just fine for one night.

Close to Downtown Neustadt, The Family Rooms might have more room than the singles.

Great location close to downtown. Newly renovated and clean hotel. Good water pressure in shower. Breakfast wasn't huge, but it was fresh and good. Staff was friendly.

Room was a bit small for the price paid (130Euro) for a Dachgeschoss, which was pretty narrow.

Way too expensive regarding the quality of the room

The breakfast and the location were the only positive things.

The room is really very tiny and under the roof, we couldn't stand one person next to another without bumping our heads/hands/knees, which was not only unpleasant but dangerous.

Schöner Aufenthalt zum Weihnachtsmarkt

Die Lage vom Hotel ist gut. 5 Minuten zu Fuß in die Innenstadt. Öffentliche kostenpflichtige Parkplätze gibt es vor der Tür oder im Umkreis von bis zu 400Meter. Frühstück war sehr gut, alles frisch. War kein Buffet weil wir alleine waren, aber wir konnten sagen was wir wollten. Gut gefallen hat uns auch die Einrichtung vom Restaurant, dort gab es das Frühstück, leider war es geschlossen. Wir konnten auch früher anreisen. Würden das Hotel auch weiter empfehlen.

Das Hotel ist nicht barrierefrei. Unser Zimmer ging zur Hauptstraße raus. Könnte mit offenen Fenster zu laut sein. Das Zimmer war sehr schmal, aber gut eingerichtet. Das man ins Bett krabbeln musste ist für Ältere Personen nicht so toll. Unserer Meinung wäre es als Einzelzimmer besser. Man hatte uns aber eine Alternative angeboten die wir aber abgelehnt hatten, da wir nur eine Nacht bleiben wollten.

Zentrale Lage, gutes Frühstück, sehr liebevoll eingerichtet, frisch renoviert, ruhiges zimmer, wenige Minuten zur Altstadt/Fussgängerzone/Bahnhof, öffentlicher Parkplatz am Platz hinter Hotel

Sehr sauber, moderne Sanitärtechnik, sehr gutes Frühstück, Parken direkt am Hotel auf öffentlichem Parkplatz möglich

Sehr schmale Zimmer, das Doppelbett ist praktisch für ältere Menschen aufgrund der Dachschräge im 2. Stock nur mit größter Mühe zu "erklimmen". Dieses und der Hinweis auf sehr steile Treppen sollten in der Hotelbeschreibung nicht fehlen. Die Zimmer zur Straße sind nachts laut.

Unser Zimmer unter der Dachschräge war ziemlich eng und ich denke für ältere oder Menschen mit körperlichen Einschränkungen schlecht geeignet, da man ins Bett „krabbeln“ muss. Für uns war es für eine Nacht aber völlig in Ordnung.

Kleines schnuckeliges Hotel in bester Lage für fitte Leute

Es war sehr entgegenkommend, dass ich etwas früher einchecken konnte, als geplant. Das kleine Hotel , an einem Bachlauf gelegen, ist frisch saniert und renoviert und liebevoll eingerichtet. Es gibt Deckenventilatoren und eine Dachterrasse mit Getränkeautomaten. Das Badezimmer war ausreichend groß und hell mit den modernsten Armaturen und Fliesen bestückt. Das Frühstück war mehr als reichhaltig und sehr gut. Die Lage hervorragend in der Neustadter Altstadt gelegen. Es gab eine Unterstellmöglichkeit für mein Rad.

Das Zimmer war recht klein, die Matratze schmal und im 2.OG mit steiler Wendeltreppe gelegen. Die Hotelbesitzerin half mir jedoch, meinen Koffer hochzutragen. Vom Bahnhof musste ich mit dem Rollkoffer größtenteils über Kopfsteinpflaster gehen für 20 Minuten.
