Ein schönes Haus in einer tollen Lage
In der Nebensaison ist der Empfang nur bis Nachmittags besetzt und es läuft ein Band, am Ende der Ansage kann man sich wohl mit jemandem Verbinden lassen - aber das kommt leider sehr spät… In der Nebensaison stehen einige Hotelleistungen nicht oder nur auf Anfrage zur Verfügung: - das tolle Frühstücksbuffet wird durch einen Teller ersetzt - die Sauna wird nur auf Anfrage betrieben - es findet im Hause abends keinerlei Restauration statt , es ist alles geschlossen und man bekommt den Schlüssel in einen Schlüsselsafe (das erfährt man aber erst durch eine Nachricht nach der Buchung, die man dann aber nicht kostenfrei stornieren kann) Leider gibt es keinen Hinweis dazu auf der Booking.com Seite! In meinem Fall war das schade, da dieses der Grund für die Hotelauswahl war. Noch bedauerlicher war, das man sich morgens beim Checkout zwar dafür entschuldigte und sehr ausführlich erklärte warum das so ist, aber keinerlei Kompensationen für die bezahlten, aber entgangenen Leistungen anbot…
