Promising but disappointing

The room was excellent and the staff were friendly

I was very sick after my first and only evening meal and having had nothing during the day. I was certain the culprit was the food that I ate. I mentioned this to two staff but my complaint was not taken very seriously. I got a €20 discount on a much larger bill. I am unlikely to stay there again.

Good wine hotel

Very nice location, in a small village with a lot of activity. Many places to drink a glass of wine. In the hotel you can taste many wines for free and in the afternoon there is a free piece of pie.

The room was quite warm and the matrasses were a bit too hard (which seems to be common in Germany)

Excellent hotel on the Weinstrasse

Great hotel on edge of lovely wine village of St. Martin. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful throughout, the room was very comfortable with good bathroom, and breakfast was excellent. The restaurant also provides very good value for money in the evening. The main pull factor is the enormous tasting room in the cellar where the full range of wines from the associated estate can be tried free of charge - and the wines are excellent value for stocking up at home! Overall an excellent choice in this lovely part of Germany.

Romantic Getaway

I loved the location and that we had wine right downstairs to taste. The , they had wine glasses and wine on each level to buy with snacks. Great romantic getaway.

I did not like that Booking made it seem that I was booking the with breakfast rate, and after I booked, I was told it was with no breakfast. It was very expensive breakfast, however it was tasty.

It was one of the best hotel I visited in Germany. Location is amazing - among wineywards. Stuff is super friendly and helpful. Nobody stressed us we are a bit late for breakfast (thank you to the restaurant once again). Rooms are wow new and very high quality made.

Sehr schönes Haus mit offenem Weinkeller. . Tolles Restaurant und Frühstück war auch super schön. Tolle Wanderwege um St. Martin. Einfach eine schöne Auszeit. Das Personal im Restaurant und beim Frühstück war super freundlich und nett. Parkplätze genügend vorhanden

Sehr freundlicher Empfang, Zimmer schön eingerichtet und sauber, Frühstück sehr gut und ausreichend. Für Gruppen wie auch Paare zu empfehlen. Viele Schränke sind vorhanden. Ausreichende Parkplätze vorhanden, Abendessen im Hotel können wir nicht beurteilen, haben wir nicht genutzt.

Bad war zweckmäßig eingerichtet und es funktionierte alles.

sehr schön, immer wieder würden wir buchen in diesem Hotel

Die Lage ist toll,man braucht kein Auto, man kann überall zu Fuß hingehen, viele Parkplätze, das Frühstück war außergewöhnlich gut und sehr schön hergerichtet, Nachmittags gab es Kaffee und Kuchen und sogar kleine Brotzeiten und das alles kostenlos, das Hotel können wir nur empfehlen und würden jederzeit wieder buchen!!

Ein absolut empfehlenswertes Hotel mit freundlichem Personal, guter Ausstattung, tollen Extras.

Sehr gutes Frühstück, prima organisiert mit sehr aufmerksamem Personal, sehr gute Auswahl und hervorragende, deutlich überdurchschnittliche Qualität der Produkte. Am Nachmittag Kuchen, Heißgetränke und kleine Snacks ohne Zusatzberechnung. Täglich Wein und Sektprobe im Hotel. Schönes, sauberes und ruhiges Zimmer. Das Restaurant des Hotels ist zu empfehlen. Die Speisenauswahl umfasst regionale Gerichte und erfreulicherweise weder die übliche Schnitzelkaskade noch den andernorts allseits anzutreffenden Flammkuchen. Die Weinauswahl lässt kaum Wünsche offen.

Verbesserungswürdig: Das WLAN könnte stabiler sein (Hinweis: unser Zimmer lag am Ende des Flurs). Parkplätze waren ausreichend vorhanden, ein kleiner Teil des Splitbelags wollte aber immer mit ins Auto.

De schaduwrijke tuin waarin je de lokale wijn kon genieten; het uitstekende restaurant; het prachtige appartement dat rolstoelvriendelijk was gemaakt en een eigen klimaatkast had; het zeer behulpzame personeel.

Het stoeltje in de badkamer was niet erg stabiel voor een gehandicapte reiziger. En zonder hulp kwam je als rolstoeler ook niet makkelijk van het aangepaste appartement naar het hoofdgebouw omdat de tussenliggende tuin in een dal lag.

Tolles Frühstück, tolles Zimmer im Nebengebäude mit Weinverkostung. Super Tiefgarage. Wir würden wieder im Nebengebäude buchen trotz höherem Preis als im Hauptgebäude.

Abends war in St Martin der Hund begraben. Gut das Deidesheim nicht weit weg ist.

Das Frühstück war sehr gut. Besonders hervorzuheben ist, dass ausschließlich Produkte von regionalen Erzeugern angeboten wurden. Dazu kommt der aufmerksame und äußerst freundliche Service des Personals im Frühstücksraum.

Schönes Hotel in ruhiger Lage mit gutem Frühstück.

Sehr gutes Frühstück. Eierspeisen auf Wunsch zubereitet, gute Auswahl, gute Qualität. In der Vinothek konnten die Weine verkostet werden, im Garten konnte anschließend eine Flasche des ausgesuchten Weines getrunken werden. Alles gepflegt, wir kommen sicher wieder. Dieses Mal waren wir im Nebengebäude (Appartmenthaus), großes Zimmer mit Balkon. Sehr schön und empfehlenswert.
