I ENJOYED MY STAY AT THE HOTEL

The location of the hotel, the delicious meals, the hotel was very clean and the staff was perfect.

Thee was no air condition and ther was no coffee machine in the room. i was under the impression that ther will be balcony. My room was on the low floor.

Great choice all round.

Great location, beautiful views and good food. The staff were excellent and the room (with balcony) was exceptional. The unexpected mid afternoon ‘lunch’ was free if paying for evening meal...bonus as the wine was both good and reasonably priced.

Air conditioning would have been welcomed but certainly did not cause a problem.

Überaus freundliches Personal, sehr leckeres Essen, schöner Wellness-und Poolbereich. Ruhige Lage in den Weinbergen.

Es wäre schön, wenn die Öffnungszeiten des Wellness-Bereiches verlängert werden würden. Derzeit leider nur bis 20 Uhr.

Petit déjeûner copieux, bar avec vue exceptionnelle pour prendre un verre après le repas

Malheureusement les chambres sont équipées de tapis plein ce qui rend la vie difficile à des personnes allergiques. Station de recharge pour voiture ne fonctionne pas avec des cartes internationales.

Die gesamte Mannschaft war überaus freundlich, nicht aufdringlich und sehr kompetent. Wir haben uns rund herum wohl gefühlt.

Die Betten waren zu hart, so dass wir schlecht geschlafen haben.

Sauna Wellness Bereich, Schwimmbad und Fitnessraum sehr, sehr gut

Frühstück: immer wieder musste man darauf hinweisen, das etwas auf dem Buffet leer war. Ideenloses Frühstück. Immer das gleiche an Wurst und Käse und Sonstiges. Top die Brötchen. Wurstqualität durchschnittlich und dem Hotelpreis nicht gerecht. Es fehlt die Klimaanlage in den Zimmern

Sehr gutes Hotel, die Küche muss sich stark verbessern.

Das Personal ist außerordendlich freundlich und zuvorkommend. Die Zimmer sind sehr sauber und groß genug. Der Ausblick ist gigantisch, man kann morgens den Sonnenausgang sehen.

Das Frühstücksbuffet ist klein und bietet für ein 4 Sterne Haus zu wenig. Das Enssen abends war für mich OK, für meine Frau nicht. Sie hat auch 1,5 Wochen nach unserem Aufenthalt noch Magen-Darm Probleme gehabt.

Super-Wellness-Hotel in einer phantastischen Gegend

Sehr leckeres und reichhaltiges Frühstücksbuffet, reichhaltige Winzerjause, ausgezeichnetes Abendessen, gutes Granerwasser;) Sehr freundliches Personal, gepflegtes Ambiente Grosser Swimmingpool, sehr gut ausgestattetes Fitnessareal, schöne Saunas die eine ordentliche Temperatur haben.

Ich hätte mir eine Kaffeemaschine mit Kaffee und einen Teekocher mit Tee im Zimmer gewünscht- Am Frühstücksbuffet wäre ein Selbstbedienungs-Kaffeeautomat für Espresso und andere Kaffeevarianten nett gewesen, aber der im Thermo servierte Kaffee war nicht schlecht.

Erholung Pur,

Sehr schöne Lage, sehr gepflegt Anlage, Top Wellnessbereich, sehr gutes Frühstück und Abendessen. Für eine Auszeit ein sehr schönes Hotel.

. Leider sind vereinzelte Personen des Personal nicht wirklich Kundenorientiert , sogar eher unfreundlich. Die Klassikzimmer sind nicht mehr Zeitgemäß und daher Preisleistung nicht gerecht.

Es war ein wunderschöner Aufenthalt

Die extreme Sauberkeit, die wirklich sehr große Freundlichkeit des Personals, die großen und hellen Zimmer, der SPA-Bereich und die so leckere und reichhaltige Winzerjause.

Beim Abendessen wäre es schön, als Alternativessen vielleicht noch z.B. ein Schnitzel oder Putensteak zur Auswahl zu haben. Die Gerichte sind teilweise sehr speziell. Dies bitte nicht als Kritik, sondern als Anregung sehen. Das Essen selbst war sehr lecker.
