Perfect place to stay

It was a wonderful, recently built or renovated hotel nearby the citycentre. The room was big enough with a balcony. Everything was clean. I recommend this hotel for everyone, who wants to stay in a good conditions. Thank you for the comfort and good quality!!!

A good hotel for our stay in Neustadt

Lovely large room and bathroom and nice (but rather expensive) breakfasts. On site parking and very convenient for the railway station, as we were travelling to a nearby wine festival by train.

The beds were too hard for our liking but the bedding was new and very fresh.

Aircon didn’t work (error code), so room was very warm; beds not overly comfortable.

Value for money, quiet yet central location, very clean, friendly staff!

We liked everything except couldn't find an aircondition switch-on for very hot days.Kettle for boiling water was a little akward to use(had to plug into socket near the floor).See-through door from bedroom to bathroom(toilet) not ideal.Breakfast was rather expensive at 18£ p.P., but good that one could choose which days wanted or not.All in all we were happy with the very quiet, yet central location and friendly staff and cleanliness!:)

Great breakfast, nice room with balcony (which was unexpected). Complementery tea and coffee in room plus a bottle of water. Car parking too. Easy to walk into the Altstadt

Hotel was a little difficult to find because some roads were blocked, due to some work nearby but this was nothing to do with the hotel.

From the staff to the wonderful breakfast to the quiet courtyard we enjoyed sitting in, this was the ideal place to stay during our weekend getaway in Neustadt!

Nice spacious room. Excellent shower. Once connected to wi-fi, internet was lightning-fast. Breakfast was copious and good.

I only discovered the car park after I had parked in the street, because there are two entrances to the hotel.

Lovely hotel close to the centre. The room was very spacious, clean, beautiful. The breakfast has a good selection of food and drinks. Staff was very polite. Definitely recommended!
