"Clean!!!! There was a kitchen in my room, plenty of towels, a VERY spacious room. and even though we were next to the airport, NO noise. The bed was soft and perfect. I had a great stay!!!"

    The fact that I was leaving your premises and knowing that I will never return to a Marriott ever again was what I liked
    Being treated like I was just a major inconvenience bye your desk clerk. Uncleanness of room and lack of hygienic facilities will ensure I will not be returning to a Marriott in the foreseeable future

    Liked the lady at the front desk but they haven't returned my money that was on hold for keeping the room for two days and it's been over a week that they owe me money

    Shower door pops when opened- like it was going to crack - room 311 One of shower bottles was already broken off in shower, 2 of bottles had no identifying contents- shampoo based on contents pumped -was bottle that sitting in shower Rude check out person - pissed because I asked for printed receipt at 6 am- handed it to me - No people skills- no Thank you for staying- No safe travels - total silence— Only pleasant staff was shuttle drivers! Breakfast needs served by 6 am- for early flyers—. You are at an AIRPORT!

    A great and relaxing place to stay near Columbus airport.
    A really great hotel to stay at while in between flights at Columbus airport. The pool, patio, and bar are a nice reprieve for weary travelers.
    You have to pay for quick WIFI, which is the last thing I want to do while in a hotel away from home.

    Night shift staff was awesome
    Some staff was a little unpleasant. Room had dirty dishes, table broken and curtain broken.

    Great place for a quick stay in Columbus. Very convenient locaation.
    Hotel was very clean and the shuttle drivers were the highlight of the stay!! The drivers were friendly and helpful. The hotel was very quiet and the shades completely clocked out any outside lighting. The hotel is very close to Easton Town Center with lots of stores and places to eat.
    Pillows were completely flat and that is reflected in my rating on comfort. Mirror across from the microwave reflected light onto the bed from the microwave clock and the smoke detector blinked all night. It's a shame because the shades did a great job blocking out outside light. I would have appreciated a luggage rack for my suitcase.
