I would stay at the Towne whenever I am in the Columbus area, excellent facility

the location was in a good location for the event we attended, also the full kitchen and the room size was great, the staff was very professional and friendly. there were more amenities than at large chain facilities we have stayed in the past.

This hotel is hospitable, helpful, clean, comfortable, and generous!

The staff was so friendly and very helpful when it came to a couple of hiccups during our stay. They were quick to resolve any issues and made sure we knew that we were valued as guests. Our room was quiet, clean, and very comfortable! The TV has Netflix that you can sign into, and the kitchen is equipped with cooking utensils and pots/pans. They even have more kitchen equipment that you can borrow at the front desk, such as a blender and a rice cooker, and more.

I loved that they had oat milk available for the coffee and the front lobby, but I would love to see at least a couple of substantial vegan options at the breakfast. All I could really eat was toast or pre packaged grits. I wish they at least had cooked potatoes or steel cut oats, but each day it was eggs and bacon or sausage.

I love the shuttle bus driver. Very friendly and on time.

No sheets for the pull out couch. Not enough towels for three people. Hair in the shower. The plug wasn’t hooked in the wall.

Very great hotel in a great location.

Loved the full kitchen, the staff was very helpful, and location was so peaceful and safe.

Bed was too hard for me but I bought a memory foam mattress and slept so well. Hair was on air conditioning that wasn't mine.sink kept clogging up in kitchen.

The hotel is very nice. Spacious. Clean. Beautiful. If I could give higher than a 10 for the staff I definitely would. The level of kindness and courtesy was unbelievable!
