While there were some issues, it wasn’t because of the reception staff! They were great!!
As I had a problem with checking in, my visit did not start off well. However staff patiently worked through issues that were not of their doing. The problem was with the booking broker who made a mistake in spelling my name. As a result, there was an uncomfortable delay in checking in.
The breakfast was not as appealing as I have experience in other Marriott properties. Hot was not hot. While the hot foods were in heaters, it seemed to be for appearance only. The food was not hot that was supposed to be hot.

Ladies at the front desk are always very nice and helpful.
Close to the airport, convenient if you have an early morning flight.
The bed sheets didn't look fresh and smelled like they had been used. Stayed for the second time and never had a hot shower. The water is always cool.
