The airport shuttle bus was very easy.

Airport shuttle right at the door. Will also take you to car rentals. Friendly driver. Room was clean and just perfect for a one-night layover. Breakfast was good. Certainly not fancy, but exceeded my expectations for a free breakfast!

The hotel does not allow long term parking if booked through a 3rd party. The whole reason I booked this hotel thinking they could take us instead of doing parking at the airport. When arriving to the room the shower floor was stained a brownish

Airport shuttle was excellent and informative. Staff was great especially checking in. Fantastic place to stay.

3 out of 5. The bad - the preferred club up charge on everything. I have to pay extra in an all inclusive to get to sit down at the beach or eat at a restaurant location? The shop prices were outrageous. 40 bucks for goggles, 30 bucks for an inflatable ball, 45 bucks for sun screen. Come on man. The beach is bad. Small, smelly, no seating, not blue, and felt like you were waking in mud. The buffet food was just bad. A fresh taco isn’t throwing one from a bag on the grill and then reheating a piece of fish to put on it. Service was also slow at the Buffett. Had one person rotating between grills. No variety at the Buffett as well. Same stuff everyday. No daytime activities unless you are 80 year old woman who likes water aerobics. Deception on six restaurants as advertised. You get 3 and a buffet with a family and no preferred up charge. The prices at the spa were laughable. Couples massage a steal at the low cost of 400 bucks! So many money grabs at this location was frustrating. Make sure to stop at the game room which has two consoles, an outdated foose ball table, a plastic dart board, and one pool table. The temperatures were cooler outside in the heat rather than inside at the dining locations. Don’t try to sell me a time share so I can get to visit the island. Did I mention that half of the small beach is shut down in the ALL inclusive package. Good - room views, air in rooms, modern and clean room. Great cleaning and reservation food

Very quick but nice stay

Airport shuttle runs 24/7 which was super helpful. Staff was friendly and helpful. Rooms need some updating, but they were clean and did have plenty of plugs and a Smart TV with streaming services.

In dire need of an up grade

Upon checking the associate spoke in a whisper, I could not hear a word he said. Entry light into room - NO bulb, sheets will not stay on bed. We could not figure out the TV and we are not dumb people, no direction in room. Carpet is old in hallways. I will NOT stay here again when there are so many other choices around the airport.

I wish you had a to go breakfast bag. My 7am flights deprive me of your complimentary breakfasts.

I was told one thing when I called in to ask about reservations and parking. When we got here, the lady wanted to argue with me and said no I would not have been told that. I’ve been an office manager for over 40 years. I make notes with what people tell me. The bathroom has dirty places in the corners. I have pictures showing in the bathtub. My feet were so filthy. I had to wash them off with the washcloth and it was black. Very disappointing for a Hampton Inn.

Couldn't check in early and had to wait for 2 hours in the lobby… disappointing! Especially given we had to check out at 3.30 am!

Extremely old and worn out hotel, looks like it has not been updated in ages.

It needs to be stated that if you book online that the courtesy of free parking is not available . We got to Columbus and we ending up paying an additional $250.00 in parking. This is the first time that that has happened..I was not pleased.
