Hotel is older and worn. Not up to the usual Sonesta hotels I have stayed in the past. Wall and doors are very thin. Hotel was loud and because it has a small kitchen lots of people were cooking because the food smells in the hall were strong. This hotel also could easily been a nursing home in the past. Just kinda odd. I get the impression from the cars in lot that people are making this place their permanent home.

The staff at the Columbus Airport Gahanna location was amazingly kind and courteous! I have difficulty getting around and they went above and beyond to assist me in various ways. I truly appreciate their willingness and patience in helping me during my stay! I'm grateful!!

The room was older but nice and roomy. The only bad thing is the ceiling light was out. We only stayed one night so I didn't call the front desk. Very close to CMH. Everyone on staff was very friendly. We would stay here again.

It’s not really an airport hotel. There’s no shuttle and it requires an awkward uber ride to Gahanna. Would be just as convenient to the airport if you stayed in downtown Columbus. Issues: 1) Odd chemical cleaning-product smell everywhere, 2) Visibly damaged refrigerator, 3) Visibly damaged lamp, 3) Used Kleenex pile in the bathroom, 4) All towels are floor towel sized or smaller… no normal sized shower towels, 5) Elevators and hallway smell like smoke. But on the bright side, they had juice makers to loan out? Haha

Business trip with my wife. We did 18 hotel stays this year, this was the best experience we had all year. Clean, smelled good and clean, staff was very friendly, always smiling, and talkative. We will stay at this location again. I will recommend to fellow business travelers.

Hotel JUST CHANGED owners and cleaned out the GREAT management team there and it is VERY APPARENT that they do not have a clue. We have used this hotel for 5 years only for this terrible experience. I PERSONNALY requested a room near elevator because of my back and Patrick, the manager guaranteed that. When we arrived, the untrained employee put me in a room THAT WAS OCCUPIED ALREADY!!!! Then he put me almost at the end of the longest hallway in the hotel. TERRIBLE service. When we checked out on Saturday, the clerk tried TO CHARGE US again and said our rooms were not paid for through hotels.com

Room was dirty when we arrived, huge bite out of couch made by a dog or something, just a worn out facility with several washing machines out of order and had to beg for TP and clean towels. Place smells bad too. Some workers were ok, others were bothered by requests. Will never consider one of these dumps again. Very disappointing. 6 nights of hell.

We booked an accessible room - my adult daughter uses a wheelchair and is not able to stand or walk. Upon arrival, we were informed that they had NO ACCESSIBLE ROOMS! We obviously were not happy and the girls at the front desk were awesome at understanding and appropriately apologetic. They attempted to contact a manager who offered us a regular room with no price change. However, the bed was at least 10 inches taller than the seat of the wheelchair. That transfer (especially late at night) was very difficult. The facility had no roll-away beds and offered no other feasible options. They explained that booking through a third party (Expedia) can result in this outcome as the third party will sometimes book rooms that are not available at the hotel. This was not an enjoyable stay because of these reasons. Not sure I would recommend this hotel to any of our friends.

Everything was great. No complaints other the ac unit was very noisy thankfully I didn’t have to run it a lot since it’s October in Ohio and the handle on the toilet would hang up and keep running if you didn’t put back in the upright position.

The first room I was assigned had hair on the pillow, a strange smell, and a broken drawer under the TV that wouldn’t stay closed. I asked to be moved, but the second room also had hair on the pillows. The interior of the hotel feels old and not very comfortable overall. I requested a refund due to the cleanliness issues, but they refused to issue one.
