Everything was great. No complaints other the ac unit was very noisy thankfully I didn’t have to run it a lot since it’s October in Ohio and the handle on the toilet would hang up and keep running if you didn’t put back in the upright position.

Don't waste your time and money on this property. Its beat up and run down. Not sure why Sonesta would think it meets their standards. Needs a complete redo - sink coming off the wall in bathroom, chair not working, 1980s decor at best. I stay 100 nights a year in hotels - this is on my dont stay again list for sure.

An all-around wonderful stay. The staff were excellent, the room was clean, and even though my coffee maker didn't work (they got me a replacement quickly) it was wonderful.

I like the location, cleanliness and the location. I reserved two nights but was reminded that I would have to change rooms tomorrow @11a.m.. I had a long driving trip from Carolinas and too fatigued to prolong the conversation. As a military retired war veterans widow,the person at the desk was not the best greeter or helper! I just wanted to relax. As for my first night it was nice& peaceful! I'm praying that I do not have to move to another room. It's very unusual!!!

Very nice little spot especially if you need an extended stay. I only spent one night, but enjoyed the room and the ammenities inside and the kitchen appliances you can borrow is an awesome idea. I left a bag of very important stuff in my room and the staff called me to let me know right away and held it til the next morning so I could retrieve it. Very helpful, very considerate. I would love to stay here or another Sonesta again in the future. Thanks again!

Went for 4 days, 3 nights. Staff was nice and attentive. They took care of every question I had. I enjoyed Palmer Fitness & Kroger being about 4 minutes away. Truly convenient! Room was clean & stocked appropriately, ( although I travel wl cavi wipes to wipe down countertops, leather couch and toilet for more comfort), gym was small but I was able to get my daily 2 - 3 miles in as needed. I was able to meal prep; as all cooking ware needed was available for me. The shower pressure was amazing. I would definitely stay here again when I’m in town

The staff were very friendly and welcoming. The hotel felt safe and was quiet too. It looks like an older hotel but it’s kept up and was clean. The beds were medium firmness and comfortable for an average weight person.

The location was great, close to different eateries and a grocery store was a plus because the hotel store was very lacking. The hotel itself could use some renovations. The cleaning staff I encountered was rather rude. I was grateful that was able to extend unexpectedly, but it was at a ridiculous higher rate. I felt like the person in room above me was going to come thru the ceiling, stomping slamming cabinet doors. I probably wouldn’t suggest this property.
