Had a lot of issues with the heat. And the plug to the bathroom sink was broke ans stuck Maintenance man has to come twice He fixed it and was very pleasant. Still.had issues regulating the heat. Probably because it was old.

The snow was not plowed completely right after the storm but it was understandable considering how cold it was and how much snow fell.

Disappointed with the quality of service

The hotel was close to the airport and the breakfast was good.

Thermostat in the room was broken and it was 76 degrees in the room. It was very warm and I could not get it to go down. Also, my daughter plugged the toilet. I was willing to resolve the problem. I went to the front desk to explain the two issues and asked to use a plugger. The front desk lady said those were maintenance issues and the maintenance guy went home for the night. She explained she does not have access to a plugger because everything was locked in the maintenance room. After a few moment discussion of what was I supposed to do, she switched our room. Two relatively simple issues couldn't be resolved. We had to pack up all our belongings and move the room next door. Extreme lack of simple problem solving by the front desk person.

A perfect stay with a perfect breakfast

The location is phenomenal, including the free shuttle to the airport. Comfortable room with a big TV that has free HBO Max. And the breakfast! It was phenomenal. Plus we got a cookie when we checked in. This will be my place from now on when I have to fly out of Columbus or just to stay in Columbus.

Over priced

Front desk staff pleasant.

Bed is uncomfortable (hard), pillows are terrible. Appeared to be 4 small throw pillows from a sofa that were put into pillow cases. Facility is in dire need of updating. Overpriced at $170 for one night. Not within walking distance to any restaurants and the only snacks to buy were chips and chocolate bars. Soda in the fridge, no water for purchase.

I booked through booking.com, I even called to make sure I could still park there. The agent told me, yes, and just to inform the front desk that I needed to stay and pay for more parking. When I arrived at the front desk, they had a sign that said that was not an option. When I asked the attendant at the counter, she was not very helpful at all. she flat out, said no, and my only other option was to park at the airport, which was the whole reason that we stayed in the hotel the night before we took off. I had to pay for another room, on top of paying for the room on booking.com.I was unable to cancel either.

Good location and very clean

Breakfast was just ok. Oatmeal was lukewarm. Got down for breakfast at 8:45 am and there was hardly any eggs or potatoes left and it was never replenished. Also the light roast coffee ran out and was never refilled. We had to go to a restaurant for food!

Airport stay:)

We went to breakfast early because we had to get to the airport.. everything was fresh and good.. Left on the shuttle which runs when you need it and the driver was helpful and friendly. We left something at the hotel only to discover when we got to the airport and the wonderful lady at the desk (Friday early am shift and unfortunately, I don't know her name) found our item and had it delivered to the drop off point within minutes.. we are indebted to her and would love to know her name and thank her again:) That is what I call service!!! Thank you

I arrived on a late flight and caught the shuttle from the airport. It was very convenient, the shower felt wonderful after traveling all day and I slept well. Breakfast was great! Lots to choose from, I was hungry.

Night receptionist very rude!

It was clean and in a great location.

First the staff! I encountered a very rude and disrespectful receptionist. She scolded me and spoke to me so rudely because I didn’t speak to her about my late check in when I had called and spoke to them the day before for over 21 minutes explaining what time I would be getting in. I was very disappointed with her behavior. The room was very stuffy warm.

This was a very sad experience; construction all around and congested; staff very unaccomodating.

I was told when I reserved the room that long term parking was available for $5.00/night. However, upon arrival, desk agent was adamant that I had to have paid upfront for that privilege. (Was not mentioned when I reserved the room.) I asked to speak to a supervisor and was told that the supervisor wouldn’t be available until Monday. Called Hampton central Reservations and agent personally called the Columbus hotel and staff still refused to accommodate my request.

Near the airport

Dirty carpets, elevator not working,no microwave in room. So so breakfast.. We returned rental car and called for shuttle 6 times and got no answer..this went on for at least 20 minutes…finally took airport shuttle because they said we could walk from there. Decided to call once more and finally got answered….this was 930 P.M. the person at desk when we arrived is Jonas.

Free breakfast, free parking, and room size were good.

Beds were uncomfortable and the AC unit did not work all night long. The shower pressure was not what we would prefer.

This hotel is clean and the staff are friendly. We stay here a lot when we have an early flight. The shuttle is easy and pretty fast. We usually have a rental so this doesn’t apply to us, but if you want to leave your car, do not book through a third party app, call the hotel directly.

Outdated heck, the toilet was a step above a hole in the floor to low. So dissatisfied for the cost. I love Hilton properties this is why I pay the money to stay but this Hampton was clean and very outdated. I can pay a lot less and get clean and outdated

Just that it’s in the airport

Dirty, bathtub did not drain, dirty floors, smelly sheets that didn’t fit, there was the blood on the mattress. Dirty towel under the sink. Shower head made a loud squeaky noise.

Nobody answered my emails; I had to get someone to call them at the airport. It’s quite frightening when you are an international traveler and your phone doesn’t work. You do need a shuttle : too dangerous to walk as there are no obvious footpaths
