The location was OK but a little confusing to get to. The facilities were acceptable. I was coming in on a late flight and leaving the next morning. The room and bed were comfortable. The breakfast was as expected but not exceptional.

The only issue was - after the fact late charge - 1 day after checkout to my credit card, which I had to contact and ask for invoice and explanation. and found out that I was charged for the early check-in. based on information that was sent to me 6 months before the visit. I still think that the charge and reminder is more fair and honest during the check-in and not a day after checkout, based on chat correspondence for general information 6 months before

We were VERY happy the pool was working, since the rest of the hotel it was completely under construction. The concierge was just as frustrated as we were but also, very helpful and thankfully able to accommodate our needs. Had there not been extra rooms, I would have been livid and we would have been stuck. It was not safe. Getting on and off the elevator was not safe. Breakfast was okay. Pool was great.

They did not have a crib or pack n play like we were told. We had to change rooms 3 times and I am not someone who does that. Our phone didn't work in the first room so I couldn't call the front desk to ask why and we didn't have a sofa in the first room with our king bed. The next room had a king bed and sofa bed, but it smelled like someone was growing marijuana no matter how much I tried to air it out. The third room was finally what I had been told on the website I was ordering, and that was better. We had zero idea it was under construction, which was not helpful with my two little kids by myself.
