Location was amazing, 8 minutes to the event I was attending

I rented to rooms which one was a suite which had ants crawling out of the air conditioner/heater and candy all in it. But the staff was great ,they have us another suite that was perfectly fine.

I didn’t realize there was a breakfast or my husband could have eaten. Breakfast was not mentioned at check-in.

That breakfast was not mentioned. My husband had to sit with an empty stomach while I had my surgery. It would have been nice to have outlets for our electronic but not a game changer.

Awful faculties and staff would never return.

Nothing, was unclean with old appliances. Lobby was unappealing! Everything falling apart. All staff were rude from front desk to cleaning staff.

208 has cracked tiles in the bathroom and I almost sliced my foot open. I think you could pull up the tiles in the bathroom by hand

It was conveniently located to the airport and where we needed to be . Good water pressure in shower. First night check in was odd but worker was friendly and tried his best but may have been new. All others cold and disinterested at best.

Older property that needed maintenance done well. Slow drain in shower. Patch work in bathroom and ceiling over bed poorly done. Cracks in ceiling. Mirror in bathroom needs to be replaced.parking lot needs repaving. Cost of parking listed on booking site 10 dollars but was 89.-98 a day at hotel. Overall disappointed in this stay.

Seemed like something major was going wrong…?

The location is great for an overnight stay before or after a flight. The staff at this location are very pleasant and attentive. The price is right under normal conditions (we have stayed here multiple times).

Though the room appeared clean enough, the bedding smelled like stinky feet. We didn’t realize this until we woke up after collapsing into bed from a long, stressful travel day. There was also a strong smell of urine that may have been rising through the drains. As we were leaving, we did notice contractors were moving around the property, so perhaps there was an extraordinary situation in progress.

I like that the property was clean, all lights are working, bath towels and linen were washed, m and smelled fresh. The staffs were nice and helpful. Also, the kitchen utensils for cooking were there including, hand towels, facial tissues, cups and bowls, and utensils made me felt like home. The room setting was perfect.

The parking lot was very narrow between cars.It was a-bit difficult to fit in one car per parking slot.

Pleasant and comfortable accommodations for a very reasonable price.

Room was spacious, quiet, with fridge, stove, microwave and a few dishes, etc. Parking ended up being free. Bed was very comfortable. Location was very convenient. Could adjust room temperature. Room rate was very reasonable. 24 hour staff was friendly and helpful when needed. Free laundry facilities.

Had to pay an extra $150 when checking in because my home address was local. Needed hotel room while I prepped my condo to sale. Did not want to drive back and forth to Springfield, OH every day. Was charged an incidental fee of $10 on each of my 3 extended reservations. Handicap parking spaces were not monitored. Often cars without handicap place cards would park in the handicap spaces closet to the front door. Yesterday a car parked in the striped loading area between two handicap spaces, Not cool.

Terrible.

Management is very rude, and discriminatory against gays or people who aren't dressed well. The price of the hotel is too expensive being that it's a 2 star hotel. Also the halls smell like dog shit. Bad. And the outside patio was covered in caution tape and busted up and dirty. Management would not allow us to stay since we made a complaint to the travel pass team. As paying customers, my opinion of the place should not have been a reason to trespass me and my partner off the property and told not to ever come back since we made a complaint.

Don't Believe the Photos or the Reviews - this property is terrible! Do not book here. Disappointing

Do not book this property! The person at the front desk was exceedingly apathetic. All she seemed to want to do was to return to her microwave dinner and her Netflix movie on her phone. The rooms are disgusting - damp and moldy. All we could smell was cleaners and mothballs. The fridge was totally covered in rust. When we went to the desk to complain, the person offered a different room, and then said that there was nothing she could do. We left and never received a refund from the hotel or from Booking.com. Deceptive photos and reviews! Poor business practices and customer service!
