La situation pour nous était idéale au cœur d’intra-muros
Le seule défaut de l’appartement est la salle de bain. La baignoire ne donnait pas envie de prendre un bain, et presque de prendre un douche. Elle ne faut pas Clean ainsi que les toilettes. Un peu déçu de ce côté là. Il serait nécessaire de faire un bon coup de nettoyage de la baignoire aussi que des wc . De plus un mitigeur en 2026 pour la douche/baignoire n’est plus un luxe. Pour le reste c’est très bien.

Like it as it’s inside intramuros.
Nothing much just the TV it’s not functioning but it’s ok as we are always out. We understand that it’s in the middle of business place, lots of people at might, noisy at night but it’s not a problem for us. It’s just in the morning they are very early to clean up the streets hence making noise.
