The lady who cleans the property met me to hand over the keys. She was very pleasant to deal with and she even helped me with my luggage up the stairs which I was grateful for considering the number of stairs. Upon entering the property, everything was clean. The location is fantastic and the kitchen is very well equipped. Overall comfortable.
There was a very strong foul smell in the house which disappeared after I aired the rooms and I had to air the house every day to make sure it remained clean smelling. The front door lock needs to be fixed so it works properly...it kept getting stuck. Lastly, there are no blinds in the rooms which makes privacy challenging with the aparment across having direct view into the bathroom. There appeared to be some blinds outside but there was no remote or instructions on how to operate them so I had to turn off the lights while heading to the bathroom at night which is not ideal.

Super aménagement, vue sur les toits, traversant, vitres insonorisés. Cuisine high-tech avec îlot. Le marché à 30m, poissonnerie et magasin de fruits et légumes bio juste en bas. Carrefour à 5min.
Douche un peu petite mais bonne pression. Manque une machine à laver. 4ème sans ascenseur mais supportable. Autrement toppissime.

Price to pay for 2 additional kids but without any change or benefit associated
Have to clean the appartment at check out including bringing garbage outside in the city as there are no residential garbage. The cleaning lady asked the kids to take glass bottle down which of course i refused
