perfect location for exploring old city and beach, fresh food, baked goods and restaurants all within 5 minute walk. easy to use local bus service, boat services for touring area.

Location, location, location.
I think the management company could make a better effort to ensure that the otherwise great flat is kept consistently clean. The issue is not with the individual employee that cleans the flat on one occasion, but with a lack of supervision and possibly not so high standards. We wish to come back again and see improvements.

Everything was perfect with our two night stay. We were greeted at the apartment by Claire with the keys and information on our stay. The apartment is large and spacious, clean, comfy, great facilities, quiet and relaxing. Excellent location within the old town walls, shops and restaurants everywhere and beach close by. Easy 15 minute walk to Brittany Ferries checkin for Guernsey. 30 mins walk to train station.

L emplacement et la configuration de l appartement
La propreté, au secours notamment pour les dessous de table , 3 vont a peu près et 4 sont degueulasses dans la partie coulissante . Un petit tour chez Action si vous avez besoin d une idée pas chère . En entrant 2 fauteuils en cuir noir en piteux état qui semblent sortir du grenier . Mieux vaut ne rien mettre que de mettre ce genre d horreur . Une machine à café qui fuite de l eau une fois sur deux . Bref à plus de 100 € par nuit je m attends à quelque chose de plus près de l irréprochable . Enfin une micro tv de travers sur le mur indigne du niveau de l appartement. pour regarder d’un canapé à l opposé de la pièce… mieux vaut être aller chez l ophtalmo avant . Pour 150 € une tv digne de ce nom qqes dessous de table et 2 fauteuils sur c discount et une machine à café . Pour un invest peu important , le prix de la loc serait justifié mais la l impression que même cela c est trop cher pour le bailleur . Dommage car l emplacement est top … juste besoin d y mettre un tout petit invest sur les points cités .
