1. Stairs/ladder to beds were very steep and narrow and represented a significant fall risk. 2. Location was not central. 3. Upon checkout, I was asked to: wash dishes and put them away, strip sheets and bring all used linens/towels to door, empty coffee water, empty trash and take it 1/2 mile away to city dumpster. I have stayed in many Airbnb type places, and this one required the most work for checkout. I expect that the amount I paid would not necessitate the work we put into cleaning the place before we left. I would not recommend this place unless it was a lot cheaper and did not require me to do 1/2 the cleaning.

Cons of this apartment

Clean, location

The bedrooms - all on a floor accessible by a rickety ladder. Have to go through one bedroom to get to the other. Bedroom area open plan so cannot cut off noise from living area downstairs. Apartment was hot - no air conditioning. Couldn't contact owner or housekeeper during stay as I had a need to which was stressful. WiFi works by standing in bathroom. Shower head damaged.

Beautiful apartment in a fantastic location. Nice and quiet too.

For us, the sleeping arrangement just did not work as it was far too hot and there was no air flow, despite there being a small bedside fan. Possibly it would be OK in the autumn/winter but too hot in summer.

The location was excellent.

It was exceptionally hot during our stay and the bedrooms were very warm at night. We had to negotiate the stairs from the bedrooms by coming down backwards as they were very steep.

Centraal gelegen goed ingericht appartement

De centrale ligging, goede parkeergelegenheid dichterbij (voor relatief lage kosten). Leuk en compleet ingericht appartement

Wij hadden de pech dat de wifi niet werkte en normale ontvangst binnen is niet mogelijk, verder was de koffieautomaat defect (en koffie heb ik nodig als ik wakker wordt). En de trap naar de slaapkamer is vrij steil. En er ontbrak een gordijn (de rails stond naast het raam vermoedelijk eerder afgebroken en niet gerepareerd)

L'appartement est situé au 1er étage d'un immeuble (escalier mal éclairé) et donne sur une cour intérieure. Il est composé d'une salle de bains douche/wc, d'un salon avec coin cuisine, et d'une échelle de meunier pour accéder à une mezzanine où sont les 2 chambres. Le mobilier est agréable, la cuisine est bien équipée, l'éclairage est bon. Le wifi est fourni (demander le code), la TV n'a aucune chaîne de programmée. Le devis initial comporte la location, la TVA, la taxe de la ville, et le ménage 60€, (conserver le détail payé). Lors du paiement, la taxe de la ville a été retirée et sera payé en liquide à l'arrivée (demander une quittance) Avant la fin de la location, un mail donne les modalités de départ et en particulier, le ménage à faire (bien qu'une somme ait été payé pour cela) Nous avons eu plusieurs interlocuteurs, qui ne semblent pas communiquer entre eux.

L'escalier de meunier raide qui permet l'accès à la chambre en mezzanine ( le garde corps ne m'inspire pas confiance). Le système, boutons d'éclairage, est d'une complexité...le bruit du restaurant en dessous....
