Plusieurs points positifs pour cet appartement : - la localisation (intramuros saint malo) -la place de parking - les éléments de première nécessité à disposition - appartement très bien pour 4 (2adultes et 2 enfants)
Quelques points négatifs : - l'appartement n'est pas très bien insonorisé (des bruits des voisins) - le BZ dans le séjour n'est pas très confortable mais le lit dans la chambre est très bien.

Excepcional ubicación en St. Malo intramuros, en un tercer piso por ascensor. El departamento fue muy confortable y la presentación y limpieza fueron sobresalientes. El personal fue muy amable tanto para recibirnos al arribo como durante nuestra estadía. Disponer de garage propio fue sumamente beneficioso, dado que estacionar en el área es complejo.

Location in Intra-Muros St Malo (easy access), private parking. Just the right level of comfort for two people. Quiet and calm, 300 meters from the fortification and beach.
In the bathroom a real shower would be better than the bath-tub « shower » - stepping in and out for the elderly can be complicated. Lacks instructions on recycling (or not), proximity of garbage collection and directions for small market stores.
