It's a nice apartment with a well equipped kitchen. The check-in and out was straight forward and well organised. The apartment has everything you need for a longer stay. Perfect location, since it is in the middle of Intra-Muros.

Plutôt décevant.
Malheureusement l'appartement est dans une rue très bruyante car c'est l'un des circuits des voitures pour sortir de l'intra. La porte ferme à peine, il serait vraiment nécessaire de la réparer. L'endroit sent l'humidité et cela s'imprégne vite sur les vêtements textiles et valises.

Accogliente e stiloso!
La posizione super comoda e centrale, l’appartamento arredato con cura e dettagli di qualità! Pulito e impeccabile! Cucina completa e super accessoriata! Presenti cialde Del caffè e bustine di vari The super graditi! Temevo il parcheggio, invece seppur con tanta fortuna, abbiamo trovato un parcheggio proprio sotto casa!
Le scale, come tutte le case a graticcio, sono oggettivamente anguste, se ti sposti con anche solo un trolley piccolo! Ma fa parte del fascino della struttura! I divani letto nella zona giorno non erano molto comodi, non siamo riusciti a bloccare un terzo della struttura per fortuna avevamo tanti cuscini extra con cui abbiamo sostenuto i piedi!

Très bon séjour dans un bel appartement
L’emplacement à proximité des commerces, restaurants et la plage. L’appartement est spacieux et bien agencé.
Malheureusement il y a beaucoup de bruit la nuit.

Un séjour très agréable intramuros et un bon rapport qualité / prix . De quoi profiter de St Malo !
Emplacement idéal dans la vieille ville (intramuros). Arrivée facilitée par Pascaline. Chambre assez spacieuse. Cuisine équipée très pratique - salon très bien et assez grand pour 2 (ou 3 j'imagine). Déco agréable.
Murs assez fins au sein de la résidence (nos voisins assez bruyants notamment dans les escaliers résonnaient vraiment, on entendait pas mal autour). Porte ok mais peu sécurisée (certains verrous ne fonctionnaient pas de l'intérieur mais de l'extérieur pas de souci pour fermer donc pas de souci majeur :) ).
