Staff wouldn't reimburse me for the mop & bucket I had to buy for the apartment

The reading lamps were great moodlights. Quiet neighbourhood. Tumble dryer within the washing machine. Easy and quick access to city center by a short walk to the train stop, buses also beside the apartment.

The most outrageous thing was that despite the sweet handwritten letter waiting for me on the desk telling me to feel free to ask them for help, when I realized there was no mop with bucket for washing up the floor, they simply told me there's no staff to deliver anything, buy for myself. I told them I will buy and send them the receipt to reimburse me, as I would clearly leave it there for the next tenants. They never paid me back. Those few bucks could've prevented a bad review, but apparently not having to spend on basic cleaning supplies was more important for them. No drying rack was available either. For such an expensive rental there should be a couch, but there was no space for it. When I ordered a package to the address, the courier couldn't find me, as my door number was not disclosed until I arrived, and I was not able to have the parcel delivered to a postbox on the premises. Ground floor apartment opening from the street. The windows are difficult to open. Bathroom is too small. I had options to change to another apartment of theirs, but every other place had communal washing machine.

Nice place but disappointing service

Location is very convenient next to an S train line.

I was disappointed and frustrated because the washing machine was not working, and having my own washing machine was the reason I chose this place. As I was on a string of travels, I had planned my packing on the basis that once I arrived in CPH at this location, I could do laundry at hours that suit me, outside of business activities. When I arrived on the evening of day 1, I immediately wanted to use the machine but I couldnt get the door open - I called for assistance and was regarded as if I was being silly. I even thought I was the problem because how hard can it be to open the machine door? The helpline attendant was a bit dismissive of my situation and said they'd send maintenance out to check on day 2. I said that's fine, because I really need to do laundry on the evening of day 2. When I got back to the accommodation on day 2 evening, the machine was the same, and I had had no word, so I had to contact them again to get an update. Only to be told that maintenance had come out to check and in fact the machine is broken and needs to be replaced!! They offered to do my laundry for me the next day (day 3) but day 3 was the day that I needed to use the newly washed clothes so in fact it didnt help me at all - and placed me in a situation of stress to come up with a plan B the evening before. What I am not happy about? How can you not know that the appliance is broken and needing replacement? Is this not checked? And the level of concern about what I needed was really not OK. My problem was not solved. I essentially paid for features that were not usable. The rest of the place is fine and comfortable but this experience has shaken my confidence and I am unlikely to book there again, not knowing what may or may not be functioning as promised or if I'll get the support I need.

Good self-catering option close to city by S-Tog

Clear directions (with photos) and smooth remote check-in. Quite spacious (apart from bathroom). Well appointed, incl. washing machine, drying rack, dining table, stove, fridge, kettle and microwave. Comfortable bed and good shower and wifi. Good heating - we had rain and cold. Good support from remote support staff. Washing up detergent and cloths provided. Close to supermarkets and S-Tog and metro. Some nice neighbourhoods nearby, away from the main thoroughfares. Only 10-15 minutes to city centre by train and ferry terminal. Able to buy late check-out online which was convenient. I'd rate it 8-8.5, balancing the facilities and the convenience of self-catering against the time and cost of travelling to and from the city .

The location is a bit odd but easy to find once you know how and it seemed safe. You walk straight into the flat from the street, a cul de sac, which can be annoying when it's raining hard. Some distant road noise but not too bad. Biggest drawback is the bathroom: neat and functional but small and water from the shower tends to wet the whole floor because curtain is short and the shower tray is shallow. Smart TV was not programmed and difficult to use online. No sofa. While only a short train ride to the sights of the city and elsewhere, you need to factor in the high cost of transport in Copenhagen: ~3€ each way.

Not what was expected based on photos and it was okay but Copenhagen itself was fabulous

The modern clean look of the apartment. Proximity to train transport was excellent and easy access to the apartment once you have the correct number/ and code. Good clear directions with photos to access the property.

It looks spacious in the photos but getting between the bed and the kitchen bench was a tight fit, even wth the bed pushed up close to the wind I and climbing out over the foot of the bed at night. No room for a sofa and position of tv and windows meant sitting on the bed to watch wasn’t comfortable either. Poor design of unit.. space in cupboards was good but arrangement of unit poor. You can’t take a shower without the whole almost the whole floor getting wet as the shower curtain is short and inadequate to prevent water spreading. The tile depth change to contain water in the shower area is actually a trip hazard - especially if going to the toilet at night or in the dark. Finally- the television has no channels installed so unless you are set up to stream from your device and tech savvy it’s useless - not to mention difficult to watch due to position of the television.

Nice and functional apartments for a family

There was no breakfast, (I do not remember if it is available as a paid option) though we made a nice breakfast in the kitchen. The kitchen is very nice and functional. One can make all kinds of food for the whole day. It is perfect for traveling with small children. The apartment is on the ground level; carrying your stuff from a car inside and back is easy.

The floors could be washed. Our kid spilled water on the floor, and we used paper towels to clean it; the paper was grey. The parking instructions could be improved. The parking lot recommended by the hotel costs a king's ransom. The city parking is a little more affordable, starting at €36 a day. However, the city parking outside the paid zone, just a 5 min walk, is free, which must be mentioned. The apartments are reachable by car, but you can not park there. It is a great advantage that was not mentioned.

Lack of shelves in the bathroom for toiletries. Need towel hooks near basin. No instructions for washing machine - these should be on your tablet, along with more details of TV functions. The bed could be more comfortable, we didn't sleep very well. The location is rather isolated and felt a little unsafe at night.

Lights near the bed didn t work, or I didn t know hot to manage them. It was preaty much noisy becouse of the train station just on the oposite side. I didn t realy like so much the fact, that there was no reception and somewone who could help me quite late, when I came.

Super-clean, well-maintained little apartments in the middle of Copenhagen.

I liked the general minimalism and well-functioning of the space. It is compact, yet it has almost everything one needs for short stays.

As a next step in renovation, I might soundproof the ceiling, so as to increase the feeling of privacy. I could tell where my upper neighbor is walking at a given time. I know it is not a priority in Denmark, compared to other countries, but as you welcome international guests, this might be a good idea.

I went to Copenhagen to visit some friends! The apartment is very nice, clean, it had coffee, oil and salt, which comes in handy when you arrive on a trip! It's not hard to find if you follow the instructions! I give it a 10 and if I come back... without keys they send you a code.... do not spend with taxi! take the train to central station and then take a metro to ryparken (13min ) and save about 40e or more... in denmark there is no UBER but you can use an app called dantaxi ! I hope my comment helps you in some way

Great studio with easy access to train and metro.

The studio apartment was well equipped with mini cooker, oven and microwave. It was efficient and functional and easy to commute with close access to metro and train. Bonus is it's 3 minutes from a Lidl. Good wi fi. Good support from staff via a tablet in the property. A good property for Copenhagen at an ok price.

TV not connected to a digital aerial and relies on you using chrome cast from your phone which is useless if your country of origin blocks overseas viewing! Bed and mattress could be improved? Would benefit from a rug in the living room. The studios are located in the ground floor of a hospital so not the greatest looking location!

Been here a couple of times and is overall satisfied.

There was a repairman present when we checked in. He did not leave until 15 minutes into our stay, due to he was fixing something in the bathroom. That is not really a problem - since a busy schedule can mean that things get pushed back. My issue is; When we asked when he was finished, he just replied: Do you need to use the bathroom? Not taking into consideration that there should not be a repairman present in the first place! There was left some minor dust and the like that WE had to clean up ourself. In my opinion - that is not appropriate.
