Nice and clean except for some of the kitchen wares

Kind of weird location. Not good for cooking or working.

The apartment itself is really clean and lovely.

The door opens out onto the alleyway, the location is sketchy and at night it is actually scary. As a women I was scared for my safety especially when there was a lot of noises and arguments around.

Such an ideal location right by the train. The apartment had all we needed and was clean and cosy.

The reading lamps were great moodlights. Quiet neighbourhood. Tumble dryer within the washing machine. Easy and quick access to city center by a short walk to the train stop, buses also beside the apartment.

The most outrageous thing was that despite the sweet handwritten letter waiting for me on the desk telling me to feel free to ask them for help, when I realized there was no mop with bucket for washing up the floor, they simply told me there's no staff to deliver anything, buy for myself. I told them I will buy and send them the receipt to reimburse me, as I would clearly leave it there for the next tenants. They never paid me back. Those few bucks could've prevented a bad review, but apparently not having to spend on basic cleaning supplies was more important for them. No drying rack was available either. For such an expensive rental there should be a couch, but there was no space for it. When I ordered a package to the address, the courier couldn't find me, as my door number was not disclosed until I arrived, and I was not able to have the parcel delivered to a postbox on the premises. Ground floor apartment opening from the street. The windows are difficult to open. Bathroom is too small. I had options to change to another apartment of theirs, but every other place had communal washing machine.

It was very handy for the public transport and the start of the marathon.

The bed was very uncomfortable and the price was ridiculous for the very basic room.

We had to stay on the streets because all the hotels were occupied

Clean, comfortable, and well equipped studio, right next to the train station.

Location is very convenient next to an S train line.

I was disappointed and frustrated because the washing machine was not working, and having my own washing machine was the reason I chose this place. As I was on a string of travels, I had planned my packing on the basis that once I arrived in CPH at this location, I could do laundry at hours that suit me, outside of business activities. When I arrived on the evening of day 1, I immediately wanted to use the machine but I couldnt get the door open - I called for assistance and was regarded as if I was being silly. I even thought I was the problem because how hard can it be to open the machine door? The helpline attendant was a bit dismissive of my situation and said they'd send maintenance out to check on day 2. I said that's fine, because I really need to do laundry on the evening of day 2. When I got back to the accommodation on day 2 evening, the machine was the same, and I had had no word, so I had to contact them again to get an update. Only to be told that maintenance had come out to check and in fact the machine is broken and needs to be replaced!! They offered to do my laundry for me the next day (day 3) but day 3 was the day that I needed to use the newly washed clothes so in fact it didnt help me at all - and placed me in a situation of stress to come up with a plan B the evening before. What I am not happy about? How can you not know that the appliance is broken and needing replacement? Is this not checked? And the level of concern about what I needed was really not OK. My problem was not solved. I essentially paid for features that were not usable. The rest of the place is fine and comfortable but this experience has shaken my confidence and I am unlikely to book there again, not knowing what may or may not be functioning as promised or if I'll get the support I need.
