Such an ideal location right by the train. The apartment had all we needed and was clean and cosy.

Clear directions (with photos) and smooth remote check-in. Quite spacious (apart from bathroom). Well appointed, incl. washing machine, drying rack, dining table, stove, fridge, kettle and microwave. Comfortable bed and good shower and wifi. Good heating - we had rain and cold. Good support from remote support staff. Washing up detergent and cloths provided. Close to supermarkets and S-Tog and metro. Some nice neighbourhoods nearby, away from the main thoroughfares. Only 10-15 minutes to city centre by train and ferry terminal. Able to buy late check-out online which was convenient. I'd rate it 8-8.5, balancing the facilities and the convenience of self-catering against the time and cost of travelling to and from the city .
The location is a bit odd but easy to find once you know how and it seemed safe. You walk straight into the flat from the street, a cul de sac, which can be annoying when it's raining hard. Some distant road noise but not too bad. Biggest drawback is the bathroom: neat and functional but small and water from the shower tends to wet the whole floor because curtain is short and the shower tray is shallow. Smart TV was not programmed and difficult to use online. No sofa. While only a short train ride to the sights of the city and elsewhere, you need to factor in the high cost of transport in Copenhagen: ~3€ each way.
