價格非常划算，很適合一家人分攤。
位置在小巷弄內，如果是大型車會很不方便進出，尤其是巷子同時有其他車輛停放在上下行李時。房間對外的窗戶在廚房，床鋪比較沒有陽光曬落，有比較陰暗的感覺。

從博多車站筑紫口出站往左前方向出發,拖行李步行大約15分鐘左右,如果不趕時間天氣好算滿好走的 附近(距離民宿步行約2-3分鐘)有7-11(附近僅有的一間店)...若要食材必須在車站附近先買 要在晚上10點前checkin,我們因為別府的鐵路停駛差點趕不上,住宿需要加宿泊稅每人200日幣 我們住的房間很寬敞.5張雙人標準床+1張單人床..還有很大的客廳.有廚房可以使用 熱水須先到廚房牆壁上的控制開關先打開,否則都沒熱水喔 住宿費很便宜
沙發有底下彈簧壞掉處都沒有修理(之前看留言區住客有提到) 距離車站真的有點遠

離博多車站走路約十五分鐘，拖著行李有點不方便 住宿門沒辦法鎖，通知客服，客服回覆有自動鎖的功能但入住四天沒有一次有鎖，都是稍微用力推門就開了根本不用密碼，建議一入住就先檢查鎖
