    The room was spacious and clean. I think it's really suitable for a small family, good location if you want to be near Hakata station.

    Pros: suitable for couple/small group of up to 3-4 close friends, has a washing machine that can do some minor laundry along your trip. Has a Family Mart approx 170m away so is quite convenient. Cons: not as close to Hakata Station as it seems, the location is kind of “hidden” among normal residential areas. Not suitable for big groups as space is confined.

    The apartment is a 15-20 minute walk away from Hakata station. The location is quiet, but still accessible. There is a 7-11 nearby. The facilities are okay - 2 beds, a fridge, a microwave, cooking tools, and stocked bathroom and laundry rooms. However, I hope they had a rice cooker and a rug for the bathroom.
