博多駅が徒歩圏内で立地が良い。設備が新しく、とても清潔だった。駐車場について電話で問い合わせたが、丁寧に対応していただいた。

エレベーターが暑かった。洗濯機で乾燥だけしたかったが、説明書が無かったため操作方法が分からなかった。男性用のシェーバーがあると嬉しい。
