    It’s my first time staying at Tokyu Stay hotels. The room is very spacious with microwave and washing machine equipped in each room. It was totally unexpected that the room amenities are all ReFa branded! You can even get free drink at the restaurant each day from 2pm to 10pm. Location is also close by to Hakata shopping district. Highly recommended for anyone traveling to Fukuoka.

    5min walk from hakata station, free drinks in the afternoon until 10pm Room size is reasonable, equipped with washing machine and microwave Hairdryer is super noisy, yet not strong enough Close to railway, can hear trains even in midnight and early morning

    So hotel was clean, best of all it has a laundry machine in the room which was main reason staying here. Its not as close to station as its made out to be as the subway entrance is on the other side of the station and takes 10-15 min. from hotel to actual station. Tokyu Hakata was the last hotel on the trip and besides the breakfast there was not much interaction w the staff. After staying here for several nights and spending hundreds of dollars, when checking out at the kiosk, there wasn’t so much as any acknowledgement by any of the 4 staff at the front desk. I had better service at the corner 7-11. It is nit picking but definitely left a bad taste, maybe just used to at least decent service in Japan. I stayed at Tokyu in Tokyo and had a great experience there, but this Hataka hotel felt very dismissive. I get it tourists are a dime a dozen, but still giving my hard earned money to a place like that, I will choose someplace else next time.
