Close to Hakata Station. Canal City, yatai stalls are like 10 minutes walk away. We were on the Paris floor, therefore, our room was pink. Didn't book their breakfast.
A staff member refused to give us information before we were checked-in. Blew us off that questions will be answered when checked in. Must have had a bad day.....

The room is clean. Appreciated. You can borrow umbrella from the hotel, which is very good when it is a rainy day on your stay. They also help you to store the luggage, which added value to your stay.
The location is a bit far from Hakata station. The staff are not very nice in answering questions regarding to the "Government accommodation tax" when you know you need to pay extra on top of the amount shown in Booking.com receipt.
