Excellent location - very very near Hakata Station and walking distance to so many convenience stores, cafes, shopping malls etc
It had complete facilities (inc ice machine) and the rooms were spacious enough for our bags
Plus points for the massage pillow!
The restaurant in the 1st floor was good value for money.

Location
Every day they put a note under the door that they could not clean because we were asleep even when we were out at 8am on an excursion.

The convenience was great, a 3 minute walk from the station.
We felt like the room felt damp and it smelt like damp. There were also markings on the wall. The staff could’ve been nicer.
