    I had a great stay at KOKO Hotel Hakata Shinkansenguchi. The location is excellent, just a short walk from Hakata Station, making it very convenient for getting around. The hotel also offers a public bath, which was a lovely way to relax after a long day, and the free light breakfast and 24-hour coffee were great added touches. The staff were friendly and helpful, and luggage storage was very convenient. There’s also a Seven-Eleven, FamilyMart, and a drugstore nearby, so everything you need is within easy reach. Overall, a comfortable and convenient hotel, especially for travelers using Hakata Station. I would happily stay here again! The only downside is depending on the room you get some rooms there are no natural light.

    Very convenient location - close to Hakata station, which made getting around really easy. The room was clean, comfortable, and felt more spacious than other hotels in Japan. The in-house onsen was also great. Like other Koko hotel branches, they provide breakfast as well.

    good: the hotel location is close to the subway transit. But the hot spring bath is disappointing, it's just a big bathtub, can hardly contain three people. And this is not even clean with no hot fresh water refill, it's right next to the showers, you can imagine the shower drainage would flow into the so-called hot spring. And the hotel dare to bill extra 200 yen on this, it's not expensive but hilarious!
