Great room cleanliness and staff. Very accommodating team, fast efficient and friendly. Location is great too. The beds creak quite loudly even with minor movement like turning around on the bed. Small issue that’s easily fixed for the next travellers.

Location wise and staff service is great. However, the room design could use a lot of improvement. 1) The carpet extends all the way to the door of the room. While you can have the bathroom mat inside the toilet, if water splashes out, this mat gets wet. Then you would have to step out onto a carpet floor with wet feet/slippers. 2) Extremely dusty, leave a cup of water out for 5 minutes and immediately collects dust, even on the first night. 3) Pretty cramped, could barely fit 2 medium sized luggage only after re-arranging the table and chair. However, there are couples who bring large luggages, they will not be able to fit. 4) Pillows were 1 flat pillow and 1 thick pillow, both were lumpy and needed to be fluffed regularly.

Overall ok but a bit smelly in the bathroom. And poor sound proof of the room door

It's quite a distance to walk from Hakata station esp when raining. There's no shelter on the way to the hotel and the roads are bumpy. Staff is very impersonal. Apart from checking in, I don't get to see them at all and no greetings from them. Room is ok but toilet had unpleasant smell
