    Excellent location! With 2 luggage room is relatively cramped. Otherwise all is good. Comfy bed and pillow. Excellent and comfortable stay

    The hotel was nice and conveniently located right next to Hakata Station. The staff were also very friendly and helpful. However, the rooms were quite small for the price. This was one of the smallest hotel rooms I have ever stayed in, and the lack of space made it very difficult to store luggage and move around comfortably. If you are looking for a more spacious room, I would recommend staying at another hotel. However, if price and room size are not major concerns and convenience is your priority, I would recommend this hotel.

    Fantastic location, but unfortunately fell short on cleanliness and comfort. This was easily the worst hotel stay my husband and I experienced in Japan. I am still unsure how this is a 4 star hotel. While the location right outside Hakata Station and the helpful staff were wonderful, the room itself was a massive letdown. Despite being a "deluxe double," the room felt cramped, tired, and unhygienic. We encountered stained decorative pillows, dirty carpets (both in our room and the hallway), and a bad smell in the bathroom. Housekeeping practices were contradictory regarding environmental claims while still providing plastic bottles. Towels and bins changed at the same time didn’t seem hygienic. The gym is basic and lacks a water station, and the daily breakfast menu never changes. Given the positive reviews, we expected much better. Unfortunately, we wouldn't stay here again.
